The house price crash had to happen. The prices were allowed to get out of control so that homeowners could get credit to spend frivolously on unnecessary rubbish, to create a false economy.

The real cost would be picked up by under-30s not on the housing market. The spiralling costs would also lead to an increase in drug fuelled crime to keep up financially.

By the time this would come to the forefront the MPs would be milking their swiss bank accounts. But then came the HOUSE RECESSION!!
