I'd say punk goes back to the 60's with Garage bands, the stooges themselves were basically a garage band. They actually did call garage rock bands punk bands, it just wasn't a movement at that point.

Their countries of birth are: Ukraine, Russia, Ethiopia, Ecuador and Europe. The dancing/percussionist ladies-one is of Chinese descent and the other is half Thai......

The genre of music they're playing requires this of them. It's very traditional gypsy and eastern european inspired music.

That is completely obvious. I liken this music to the same quality as Dropkick Murhpys. Using traditional styles to create a schtick that appeals to today's youth because of its roots. Not inventive, original, nor musically ambitious. On-stage theatrics, gang vocals, and a jig feel do not improve this band's boring, overdone, foolish musical approach.
