  • WWF!!

  • This is so cute when watching it with no volume.

  • A leopard would kill them all. Jaguars too. Or Cougar.

  • @BillD2012 Mike Tyson would KO us all. The Klitchkos too or Lennox Lewis

  • @BillD2012 I've seen a cougar vs lynx, the cougar let the smaller cat go. I was wrong. Because the cougar was not determined to kill, and the lynx can defend themselves.

  • millions of asians skins and eats dogs and cats and no one seems to care .

  • the lynx won

  • Push 6 for epic Snowdunk xD

  • I'd back a wolverine against either of them.

  • what a skillful fighters !!!

  • And then a Chinese man comes and skins the both and eats them...

  • CRAZY

  • Dude are acually extremely amazing fighters

  • MY PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER SHOWED US THIS.

  • These cats should chill the fuck out and smoke a spliff, fuck

  • Humans:Talk Shit Get Hit

    Bobcats:Hiss Smack Get Scratched lol

  • Bobcat Wins!

  • The bobcat came back back at the end to beat the lynx. Neither really wanted to take it that far, though. Maybe they know each other. Maybe each knows that the other is not what he is really looking for.

  • mufasa vs scar

  • @abcjc1 HOW DO YOU MENTION THAT NAME, I AM THE KING!

  • Woaw....wouldnt it be for the characteristic Lynx's long hairs at the tip of his ears, i wouldn't be able to tell them apart !

  • men i dont know them so well i ve just here about these two whats the deferent??? netween them???some ona answer

(i know that i killed English hahahahahaha)

  • Comment removed

  • they fight like ninja barbarians

  • I dunno if this was a real fight. There should've been biting. Plus, wild animals have to choose fights carefully, so it should've been quicker too. And look at how many times they pinned each other and then let them go. Usually when you have your opponent on their back is when you teach em a lesson. And fights end with one or the other running, not the victor just walking off. That's a thing in play. Still, they're different species with the same diet, so I don't know why they'd be friends...

  • @LunarMaira I recognize the narrator's voice as that of Marty Stouffer. He is a respected naturalist and film maker. I don't think he'd simulate a field situation.

  • @captmark97 They canceled Wild America due to Marty Stouffer using tame animals with wild animals, tethering a rabbit down to be killed on camera and other fuckery of the sort. Apparently also there was a big cat fight to the death, one of which was tame. He was also convicted of hunting moose in a protected reserve.

  • looks like a territory feud

  • FUCK YOU! I WANTED THE LYNX TO WIN! ;O

  • why they have transformer voices is beyond me

  • 2 small wild cats are figthing so cool

  • @bloodzredgang they are not small believe me a lynx can reach even 55 kg. Is that small for a cat???

  • Cats in the wild have it tough enough as it is. I just hope neither got seriously hurt.

  • its like something out of the lion king lol.

  • is this from Wild America? it sounds like Marty Stouffer ;-) the owl at the end shouts out who won... translate that, petty youtube fighters :-P

  • lynx is the one with the tuffs on his ears, and in my view is the bobcat won

  • wich is the bobcat ?:s

  • @94grapevine94 the one without tufted ears

  • theres no cougar dumb were did he say cougar

  • Where do you see a cougar?

  • Catfight

  • This looks like a trailer for a live action Pokemon movie....sonic claw paw attack!!!!

  • I don't get it. I saw in another video that a lynx managed to take on a larger cousin (a cougar), and yet here a lynx lost to a bobcat, a cousin that's just a bit smaller than it.

    Weird.

  • @tohitsumohinafan Lynx are slightly bigger than the bobcat, no doubt. But bobcats tend to be more curious and aggressive than a lynx. Lynx are more laid-back. But at the end of the day, it's all about aggression and who appears to be more aggressive at that time. When the cougar tried to charge at that lynx you mentioned, I'm sure the cougar thought it was gon be a easy kill and got caught off guard at the lynx aggression and didn't expect him to respond like that. So the cougar got OWNED

  • @QUIKKSTAR bro i saw that video, the cougar tought it was a rabit or some shit then he realize it was a lynx, but after all the lynx ran away, the lynx got owned sir

  • @R3dTigerM40A3 Trust me dude, I'm more of a cougar fan over a lynx anyday, but the cougar got owned. Sorry! I don't think we saw the same video, or maybe ur just in denial.

  • @QUIKKSTAR the second video in the suggestion, the cougar wins,he was about to hunt it,he realize it was a lynx, then he just wanted to fight him,but the lynx ran away like i said b4,the cougar wins

  • @R3dTigerM40A3 Nope sorry, asshole... the lynx won that battle!. Cougars are known to kill lynx, but unfortunately, the lynx owned that cougar. Sorry to burst ur bubble..

  • @QUIKKSTAR lol shut the fuck up bitch the lynx ran away he coulndt have win the battle idiot he fucking ran!!sun of a bitch are you that stupid?stop smoking bro for fuck sake your fucken stupid,i think u shud start study instead of watching porn son, ur a real perv

  • @R3dTigerM40A3 Fuck you bitch! You mad? Good! It's not my fault the cougar got owned, you fuckin faggot! I studied wildcats since I was kid, ain't shit you can tell me, asswipe! Go choke on wolf nuts

  • @QUIKKSTAR nice kid u loose xD!!!the cougar win ur an ashole if u cant see that

  • @R3dTigerM40A3 You get fucked in your asshole, if you cant see that. Lynx OWNS

  • @QUIKKSTAR dude can u stop talking about gay thing, thanks and that lynx got fucked up,the cougar wins, your just not smart enough to realize that. your living in a childish dreamworld of lies and needs therapy or maturity

  • This is what happens when cats want to mate...

  • I want a Lynx to keep the burglars out, plus to take it for walks, feel cool walking a miniature lion down the street

  • The Lion King.

  • @forgottenrebel88

She is the bobcat, I'm the lynx and you are the fucktard.

  • the lynx is more badass so it automaticaly wins

  • Are you sure the bobcat won? In catfights the one who is on its back is usually the one who is winning because in that position it is easier for them to rip the opponent's stomach open and bite the throat or whatever ..and also didn't the bobcat make faint whining noises in the end?

  • yep. bobcat won. the one with the little tall hair on its ear is the lynx

  • I wonder what sounds they make.

  • remember this is slowmotion, mike tyson wouldnt stand a chance

  • Lynx just got PWD because I can tell them apart!

  • Although lynxes are a little larger than bobcats, I have always heard that bobcats are a lot more vicious.

  • kittys

  • Bobcat won I guess lol

  • which is which?

  • @MegaCoolnik the 1 with a bit of hair sticking up from his ears is the Lynx and the other 1 is bobcat :)

  • I hate nature scenes when the use slow mo especially in a fight or a hunt.

  • @misterclownface if it bothers you so much, why dont you download it and speed it up for yourself. if you're to lazy to do that then stfu

    it's beautiful!

  • @racyrowdyrocket

Why don't you go fuck yourself, then commit suicide.

  • @misterclownface i don't need to fuck myself: i have a steady boyfriend. considering that you are thinking those kinds of thoughts i guess it is actually you who should consider it. but i'm not an insecure infantile like you so i don't want to even say that to you.

  • @racyrowdyrocket

Did I message you first asshole? No, you had to make snarky comment to me. Mind your own fucking business and fuck off.

I feel bad for your boyfriend.

  • @misterclownface it's called freedom of speech just like you have the freedom of speech to comment negatively about this vid. so minding your own fucking business is equally relevant to you. i feel bad for you, a 36 adult bullying around on the internet and at 18 year old girls. but let me throw this off at last

i feel bad for your friends and especially family life. can't be good when you're badmouthing like an 8 year old on youtube.

    bye

  • @racyrowdyrocket

Then you shouldn't start shit then fucktard. I didn't come to you, you came to me. If you are going to use your freedom of speech to be an asshole, then I'm going to tell you to go fuck yourself.

  • I love theye try to make to kitten like cats seem like a tiger and lion battling lol

  • @scottishboy1987 those kitten cats are 20lbs and stand about 20 inches at the shoulder, feel free to put your hand inbetween them .

  • @scottishboy1987 Nothing my size 13's cant handle...

  • @scottishboy1987 These "kittens" can kill dogs.

  • theyre the same size????

  • I like them, both would make a nice coat.

  • Lynx. Like the one from the Colburt ReporT!

  • 0:20 - Bobcat is seen going on offensive delivering first attack

0:51 - Lynx falling on his back a second time gets up to lay 3 decent slaps to the head of Bobcat throwing him to the ground.

1:07 - With the last of his vigor Bobcat unleashes his blows once again laying Lynx to the ground

both seem to able to stand up mostly unscathed.

  • The linx would be the one with the tuft of hair at the point of its ear.

  • Worst fake sound effects ever. I think those cats actually cleaned each other after the Battle Royal...

  • Here in the Adirondack mountains, researchers at SUNY's Science and Forestry Division believe the success of the Bobcat has led to the demise of the Lynx. Although lacking the larger tufted feet that enable the Lynx to cross deep snow and feed on Snowshoe Hares, the Bobcat is more aggressive and takes weak fawns in winter. This is backed by similar reasearch in Nova Scotia. It seems the Bobcat has won after all.

  • epic low mov

  • scar vs simba!

  • i kudnt tell dem apart ..... who was winin

  • This was foreplay, plain and simple. What they didn't show was afterwards them both sitting there having a smoke and wondering who was gonna leave first. lol

  • I thought I was going to see a Mercury Bobcat up against a Mercury Lynx...it's replacement.. lol..

  • lol

  • Is this guy crazy? They are both lynx. The ears and the tail says it all. They are both ferocious. They are both similar in size and speed. Their coats are both dotted and striped at the legs. And they both have the ability to see a split second into the future their adversaries next move. The bobcat or wild cat is not much bigger then a full grown house cat.

  • @fanbutton I've never seen a 35 lbs house cat , and the one is a bobcat ...

  • @fanbutton Wikipedia: With a gray to brown coat, whiskered face, and black-tufted ears, the Bobcat resembles the other species of the mid-sized Lynx genus. It is smaller than the Canada Lynx, with which it shares parts of its range, but is about twice as large as the domestic cat.

  • Extreme dodging techniques makes Felines the most skilled fighters as well as hunters.

  • Again,

I wouldn't doubt if this scene was created. Cenamatographers often create wildlife scenes to express factual occurrences that sometimes takes place in the wild.

  • I've had pet cats before. I've seen Tom cats fight over territory, and anyone who've had the experience of seeing Tom cats fight can tell you this was NO REAL FIGHT. The Lynx was clearly in defense mode, but It looked like the Bobcat just wanted to playfight and spar with the Lynx. He didn't look as if he wanted to inflict serious wounds and vice versa.

    .

Honestly, I wouldn't doubt if this scene was created. They may be Marty's hand reared pets, because the two cats seem to know each other.

  • @Solowizard

The two definitely knows each other and are play fighting. Real feline fight takes biting. Their paws didn't seen to hit each other with maximum contact which would inflict serious wound. The two different species in the wild would not combat each other unless a kill was there.

  • Comment removed

  • @inetuse - Good point, but I disagree with you on different species not fighting in the wild unless a kill was involved. lions kill cheetahs all the time over competition of the prey animals in the area, and territory.

  • That bobcat wasn't taking any crap from that lynx, smaller or not.

  • so cute

  • bobcat wins

  • hahahaha this looked like the fight at the end of lion king, i just busted out laughing

  • I had no idea these cats fight in slow motion.

  • Im pretty sure those are both lynx because bobcats have no adaptation for snow...and both the cats characteristics match that of a lynx...

  • @peppita1234 , F.Y.I. - It's clearly a lynx and a bobcat. The most identifying traits of the bobcat is the white thumb marks on the back center of the ears, and a white patch under the tip of it's tail. The tip of the lynx's tail is black and it lacks the white thumb marks on the back of it's ears. Another identifying feature is that the lynx has the longest ear tuffs,or tassels. Also,a bobcat and lynx can have territory that overlaps between the Northern part of the US and into Canada.

  • @Solowizard they look the exact same...telling me the difference between a bobcat and a lynx isnt proving that those two "fighting" are different.

  • @peppita1234, LOL,LOL! - Hey, you don't have to take my word. Google American Bobcat and Canadian lynx. ALL THE INFORMATION I GAVE YOU WILL BE CONFIRMED. LOL!

  • @peppita1234, Both cats are roughly the same size. The Canadian lynx may appear to be slightly larger, because it has much thicker fur, especially on and underneath it's feat which gives it a snowshoe like appearance. This makes him better suited to live and hunt Snowshoe Hare in the remote snowy wilderness areas of Canada and the northern mountainous regions of the United States. The bobcat sometimes ventures north of the boarder, but prefers the warmer regions and has a more varied diet.

  • @Solowizard thank you for copying and pasting information i already know =)

  • @peppita1234, LOL! I'm an expert on animals and wild cat in particular. If it seem like I copied and pasted anything, it's due to years of reading tons of books on animals.

  • @Solowizard I love how you just contradicted yourself. further proving your dim the light is inside your brain...you read or have read tons of books, yet you use google to back up your evidence.

  • @peppita1234, NO, I said YOU can Google the information. I didn't say I had to because I already know. And F.Y.I. - every since the INFORMATION AGE with computers, everything printed has been transferred to online websites and blogs.

  • @peppita1234, Anything you want to know about a particular animal, just let me know. I have a wealth of knowledge on most animals.

  • @Solowizard with just a few short Clicks of the mouse, im sure you can tell me anything i might need to know...thanks "wizard" =)

  • @peppita1234, LOL, Wow! Nowadays, SURE!

Q:Have you always been such a gloomy and pessimistic person?

  • @Solowizard Ive actually been neither, besides your choice of words to define my personality are beyond off. Its just a pet peeve of mine when a person who claims to know know a lot, ineffectively tries corrects someone. In addition to that same "know it all" continues to beat a dead horse. I was done with this conversation when I posted my smile, (which is ironic because im such a gloomy person). Good Day Wizard =)

  • @peppita1234, Nothing you say can change the fact that I have instant knowledge of things YOU need to research. MY ADVICE FOR YOU? Don't be such a smart ass. You'll make alot more friends if you are open to learning and understanding as oppose to the opposite. Maybe you aren't a negative pessimistic person, but that's the impression you give. OK, Goodnight, and you have a wonderful day.

  • Where did they get the audio from? Frankenstein or a 1970 Zombie flick? lol I like bobcats..... Go bobcat.

  • Comment removed

  • the lynx has a line of fur sticking from its ears and da bob cat has regulars ears

  • Them Lynx & Bobcats are off tha chain!!!

  • 2 tamed animals playing and they make it look like a real fight lol.

  • the lynx has the big ass paws

  • I think I've seen this before on the lion king

  • Bobcat is a sub-species of Lynx (Lynx rufus). So it's "Lynx vs Lynx".

    I also think they're playing.

  • @alexozric

which is why he said 'cousins'. durdedur

  • Lynx has the really pointy ears with the mutton chops.

  • @ComradeChad

They're obviuosly not the sounds of these two animals. Just some jerks grumbling in a studio somewhere, and then the sound recording is slowed down, to make it sound "ominous"....oooh....scary :)

  • I don't think the Lynx was fighting as 'hard' as it could have either...it seemed more like a test of wills.

The Lynx seemed happy *not* to fight, before AND after the eh, altercation. Though I'm sure the Lynx is no pushover if it really came to it, Bob is definitely more fiery alright!!

Having seen this, it's interesting that they can also occasionally mate with each other in the wild.

  • id say the lynx got whooped up on

  • @Steve9378

    Yeah the lynx definitely submitted.

Having said that, for anyone who's an avid lynx lover over the bobcat, there is no shame or disgrace in it. It's just nature.

People who get carried away on "My animal won that one", like all the eagles preying on wolves assholes, and "Tigers Vs Lions Vs Bears shite" jerks, they just REALLY need to get a life themselves.

These things happen in nature all the time, with different outcomes & it has NOTHING at all 2do with us.

  • its a draw

  • who won?

  • one of the more beautifuull think i ever seen

  • same family.

  • Oh yes. The FIFA soccer sounds are purrfect.

  • it seem both from same cat family !

  • LYNX winner!

  • This was a territorial type of fight. It is not meant to kill, only to establish territoriy and or dominance. Leave my rabbits alone, they're mine. Grrrrrrr

  • I dont think they were trying to kill each other... they weren't even using their mouthes. When the animal was pinned, the other cat was just looking around instead of trying to bite its throat... >__>

  • *Fap fap fap*

  • the difference is the bobcat has hair sticking up on top of his ears

  • @kwj99 No, that's the Lynx. Well, they both have tufts but the Bobcat has short ear tufts while the Lynx have long ear tufts.

  • the bobcat won.

but this was no serious fight , if it was it might ended differently

  • nice slow motion cat noises

  • they sound like demonds

  • I wouldn't like to encounter either one of them

  • I always thought lynx and bobcats were synonamous....guess I was wrong...like the commentator said, they're cousins.

  • lol, my two fav animals playing around in the snow. So cute ^^.

  • This is a pretty good fight. Now let's keep the location but replace the kitties with girls :).

  • so who wins?

  • @packercarlsenac the lynx fo sure

  • @ruggeth7 get outta here the bobcat was more aggressive. Lynx was on his back like cmon bro lets just talk about this.

  • @ruggeth7 no way, the bobcat was way more aggressive and had the lynx pinned down for a majority of the fight...

  • @ruggeth7 no way, the bobcat was way more aggressive and had the lynx pinned down for a majority of the fight...

  • @packercarlsenac bobcat

  • marty stoutford's wild america, i used to watch this show as a kid

  • can see some difference on the ears and tale i think

  • the bobcat is with black dots in front of frontside and rear legs

  • pause it at exactly 1:00, i like that part , i lov wild cats they are so beautiful.

  • lynx = bobcat

cougar = mountain lion = cougar

  • If either one of them were a bobcat it would have a white stripe behind it's ear. Neither of these cats do.

  • the Lynx is the one with the pointed tips on the end of the ears

  • CAT FIGHT!!

  • Like the others said, Lynx and Bobcats are from the same genus. Much like the way the tiger (Panthera Tigris) is related to the lion (Panthera Leo).

The genus is a wider term to describe a group of animals. The Lynx and Bobcat are different species, which is the specific term for taxonomy (notice species and specific have the same preffix for all you etymologists). :)

    Eurasian Lynx = Lynx lynx

    Bobcat = Lynx rufus

  • they both look exactly the same to me

  • @kevn101:

You're right. They both appear to be Canadian Lynx.
