If you're still having trouble installing and playing the game, just download daggerfallsetup. It basically does all the work for you in dosbox and hey, even create a shortcut icon for you. Once downloaded and installed, just click on the icon and it'll start dosbox, do all the work, and you can get to playing. Just google daggerfallsetup and it'll be the first page listed.

Got it working. I forgot to add the label Daggerfall while mapping the drive.

ANybody else getting the game asking for a CD to be inserted? I have heard you have to let the game install to C:\Dagger or else the patch won't let the cd rom be recognized, I'm going to do this all over again and leave a comment if it works.

make sure, that you have mounted the DFCD folder as cd.

command:

mount d "Location of DFCD" -t cdrom

replace "location of DFCD" with the location and erease the "".

now it should work ;)

Oh I watched your 4part video series and it helped alot I think I've figured it out now lol, I played it for about 4 hours straight and it worked perfect, thanks bro. It's a pretty fun game really, I've already played through Oblivion and Morrowind so I'm sort of backtracking lol.
