  • It's ok. I know my accent is bad.

  • was wondering how this song would sound when played on a holowbody guitar (i can do the chords, but with less than a year of experience, the intro is a bit... hard.)

I hate to ask, but do you have a tab for this? If not, don't bother making one I don't want you going through the trouble, but if you do have one, do you think you could upload?

  • I learned this song with some vid, so I don't have the tab. Sorry.

  • Ah, it's no worries. Still a great vid.

  • yes straymouse good good good well done man now cover brians version of danny boy from the film great white hype cheers and keep rockin

  • man i really love the add on to the solo. BRAVO MAN!!!! love your vids.

  • Thanks, Distephano.

  • Only one word to describe this. BRAVO!!!

  • Thanks a lot!!

  • woohoo! great job straymouse! I see those legs startin' to bounce a bit!! yeah man! I might be giving away my ignorance here, but I don't think I've ever seen a capo on an electric guitar before... sounds great, man!!

  • Buddy Holly did use a capo on his strat. First fret afaik.

  • Interesting! I didn't know that - see I learn something every day :-)

  • see the original b/w "that'll be day" vid , and you'll clearly see the capo, the video is found at the profile of gusyverde here at youtube.

  • cool, thanks! I might like to cover this song someday... great tune :-)

  • Yep, 5th fret capo allows you to play it like your in "first position" or open strings (like you would play an open "E". Songs in "D" I think

  • Thanks theerion,

I'm not able to afford to buy a metronome, so my leg is the substitute.

  • the good thing about using your leg instead of a metronome is that you'll never forget your leg at a friend's house, LOL

  • I had forgot my legs at a friend's house, so the tempo of my performance at that time was out of order.

  • LOL :-)
