It seems that could be the case. Usually when you hit the person at a good moment that's a chance for the infinite combo.

The Bandit Bringer Spam only happened due to when its done in certain spots you slide across the ground. Potemkim was in the corner so he couldn't get away while sliding across the ground leading to almost an infinite combo.

There actually is no positive effect for this move. It's basically like regular DI, except it's permanent and saps your health.

It's pretty much a joke move.

The whole numbers thing refers to the directions on the d-pad. For instance, 2 is down, 6 is forward. It's as if you were using the number pad as a d-pad.

I played Accent Core at A-kon last weekend, and no, Dragon Install doesn't do ANY of this. It's pretty much the same thing it's been for the past few games.

Actually, my question was a while ago, and yes, I confirmed that it's 214214214214+P+H and it does cause Health Loss and gives DI Effect for the rest of the round, you need Full Tension for it though and Startup is horrendous.

Yes. And it's not a glitch, so I don't think they'd take it out of the us version. Then again, I don't have the US version, so you'll have to find out for yourself.
