  • @RustyTheWilder

Couldn't agree more, dude, the site

    MusclesMaximizer.info

    totally kicks ass...it helped tremendously

    my bodybuilding routine!

  • damn, i like your butt

  • double underhand?

  • very nice lift and great form. why the double underhand grip? that looks harder than a traditional over under grip.

  • @schoonerchow harder but strengthens your external rotators instead of internal rotations which helps posture

  • @boltar2003 When you progress consistently, you don't wreck your back, your back adapts to the heavy weight....what, do you think that she was just deadlifting 100 lbs the other day and just decided to do 235 today????

  • @sdfefde No, they aren't made to "make women weight look impressive", they're that size so you can use proper form at lower weights...idiot

  • Not wearing a belt? Way to go on wrecking your back before you're 30.

  • Strong = Sexy......Keep up the great work. Very impressive......and you look great doing it! You scream dedication and i love it!

  • inspiring! Good form, and your figure looks great

  • i hate when people drop weights like that, someone smack this bitch !

  • @Jptrappin32 they're bumper plates, they're made to be dropped

  • stupid bitch make 235 look like world record , fucking crossfit fucking underhand grip fucking hooked fingers fucking textbook form wannabe FUCK EVERYTHING

  • @sdfefde u mad bro?

  • @PumpkinDog33 no u

  • Yeah, hard to deadlift twice your bodyweight when you weight 90 lbs lol.

  • Not bad form like other crossfit deadlifts I see. I don't think double underhand is good but otherwise great! Very refreshing not to see a rounded back from crossfit!

  • you are strong, you have a great body and you tecnique is fine in my opinion, I just don't understand all these hateful comments. My respect

  • Double underhand, one word: ouch.

  • @MrMattmcgrail

Spot on. I was just waiting for her biceps to get torn out...

  • she must make some heavy sandwiches

  • crossfit... XD

  • Woman, get your ass back to aerobics class where you belong. Make me a sandwich and some coffee on the way over.

  • You're going to rip your biceps. Use overhand or mixed grip for safety.

  • pack the neck

  • Not hating, 2x bw is a strong lift. I worry about that double-underhand though. Try hook or mixed.

  • 2 reversed handgrips? what a loser... and throw the bar doesn't make you strong, it only shows your inability to put it down in the proper form... anyone replay this comment is a gay

  • double underhand lo

  • HOT! My kinda GAL!!! fo show

  • she can kick my ass

  • ew...

  • great stuff! but that grip - never seen that before?..

Usually i do overhand, as i do in Olympic Weightlifting. Cant imagine holding the bar as she does is ..well, any god? anybody who can tell me why and why not?

  • Those sex lines. <3

  • wow she does more then ii do! good job keep it up

  • Kane sent me :)

  • 0:18 - The sexiest thing I have ever seen.

  • All you people thinking this is a failed lift should go and watch some powerlifting.. Which is usually the idea of deadlifts. Get the lockout and drop it is the most efficient way to do the lift. Wasting all your energy on the eccentric phase is just going to take away from your next set or next single or double. To me it looked like max effort so why try and injure your back by even doing the eccentric. All the good stuff happens on the pull.

  • that is sooooo sexy, bear my children please

  • Sexy as hell

  • Grip is different, but form is 100% perfect! Great job!

  • Double underhand aka full retard mode. Also only half reps, you have to lower the bar you can't just drop it.

  • @bzeljn and you were saying full retard mode? lowering of the deadlift is stupid and no needed unless your after hamstring soreness. get it up not lower it down. See chad waterbury if you think im wrong.

  • @mikewillodea So you disagree that there's 3 parts to a single rep? concentric, static and eccentric. Lowering your body during is squat is dumb because it leads to muscle soreness so you should start from the bottom and only go up. Right? RIGHT? DERP

  • @bzeljn No i dont disgree with the fact nearly every exericse has those 3 components. But the fact is Nothing good happens in the lowering phase of a deadlift. Nothing.

Virtually everything that could possibly go wrong and injure your back is in that phase. So the idea of emphasizing it with a long eccentric is absurd. I bet your one of these guys who trains his deadlifts at a commercial spandex gym and is scared of setting off the lunk alarm so you slowly lower it to the floor. Inefficient!

  • @mikewillodea I never said to emphasize a long eccentric. The exact same musles are used in the eccentric and there is the exact same muscle stress as the concentric. Whatever could go wrong putting the weight down happens when the weight goes up. The lunk alarm doesn't exist in my country

  • @bzeljn happens on the way up also? geez you must have terrible form the buddy

  • Let us know when you tear a bicep!

  • double under grip?? it's easy to tear the biceps this way

  • Great job, your form is killer and you can see the olympic lifting has paid off in dividends.

  • Wait what... 235 pounds? How can such big weights weigh so little? I'm from DK, I deadlift 100 kg (220 pounds, but I also do that 5x5 with no troubles, just casual workout), and I only need like 2 plates on each side...

  • @Kasagde they are bumper plates...so they can be dropped

  • @Kasagde they're rubber plates

  • @Kasagde bumper plates , and plates specially made bigger to actually make women weight look impressive in the oympics , its possible with only 2 thin powerlifting 50 kg green plates on a side , size of york 45lbs plate to have over 460 alredy

  • You are poetry in motion. Thanks for sharing beautiful.

  • I love how girls are always more likely to use perfect form. Is there some gender disparity with good form or some shit?

  • @superwowie111

the girls are ALWAYS more flexible than men.havent u realised it yet???:O!!!

  • @kwstas67

bahaha maybe. But I mean even if its like a curl or something most girls use near PERFECT form, none of this swinging and heave-ho shit most guys do. I guess its because they don't to to prove their masculinity and all that pin dick shit lol.

  • @superwowie111 ok to be perfectly honest she is a hot chick and an amzing athlete shes 50kg ripped to the bone and deadlifts 100kg thats 2xbw and an amazing strength feat for a girl like her.unless you know many girls who can do that.big ups and respect girl :)waiting 4 the 2.5xbw deadlift

  • WTF is with you idiots whining about her dropping the weight? The floor is padded, it's her gym, WTF do you care? Idiots.

  • im in love.....

  • double underhand..? wtf is this. you will get a bicep injury very soon

  • Good job!

  • Great lift! Watch them bicep tendons.

  • smash or pass

  • @TickTackThumb smash to pieces

  • Thatagirl!

  • Except that her shoulders are in front of the bar, which causes her to drift forward during the lift and finish on her toes instead of in her heels, placing extra stress on her lower back.

  • ...and you have to drop it because???????

  • now put the wieght back down on the ground bitch...thats the hardest part of the lift!!! C'mon now...

  • I wish everyone's form was like this, then I wouldn't spend half my time in the gym feeling sorry for people's spine's.

  • Amazing form

  • very good! chek my videos! i canalso do 2x bodyweight.. haha

  • Double underhand? Enjoy your bicep tear when it goes.

  • Doesn't count unless it's lowered under control.

  • Comment removed

  • You rock!

  • You rock!

  • please be in London.

  • I hate this type of shit, 2x body weight is not that hard.

Do starting strength for fuck sakes. She is using chalk weak hoe.

  • AND NOT A SINGLE DEADLIFT WAS DONE THAT DAY

  • Not gonna lie, I got a little hard watching this.

  • why a reverse grip.... well i have seen bicep tear with that...

  • that grip can rip out ur bicep tendon

  • That is one fucking strong bitch.

  • Damn!

  • why double underhand?

    anyway you hot yo

  • lolololol double underhand

    kinda impressive

  • that was awesome, but i highly recommend having a under over grip as opposed to what u did with double under hand because it puts a lot of stress on the bicep and lifting that heavy like eventually you will get a bicep tare and probably need surgery. Under over grip makes it easier to keep the bar from moving in ur hands too and a lot safer

  • @boby6 A lot of oly lifters use overhand grips.

  • @Sleepingpillz when you lift really heavy the bar will roll in your hands and slip out if you use over hand grip for super heavy

  • @Sleepingpillz when you lift really heavy the bar will roll in your hands and slip out if you use over hand grip for super heavy

  • @boby6 I've never heard of any lifters having trouble with that.. They do competitions so I guess they train their grip strength so it wont slip.

  • @Sleepingpillz im not a competitive powerlifter so im not sure what the rules are, but go into the gym and lift over hand and than one hand over and other hand under and I promise you will lift for more reps and notice a huge difference

  • @boby6 Haha most likely. But I only ever train like im in a competition. :3

  • @Sleepingpillz oly lifters use overhand grip because they usually have to pull then push it up. this seems very dangerous for the bicep easily causing a tear. yu can see her arms arent locked out the entire vid nd he bicep gets diesel! its not a bicep exercise folks its a leg/back/grip.! i use the alternate grip i feel it does the job best!

  • @boby6 Good point about stress on the biceps, but if you are worried about the bar rolling, an over/under grip is the only thing that puts tension on the bar from both directions- therefore keeping it from rolling. The bar can roll backwards the same way it could roll forward as you mentioned.... think about it.

  • @novotnyj83 I no, thats why I suggested under over grip as opposed to underhand or over hand for very heavy

  • @boby6 My bad, mis-read

  • wtf is with the double supinated hook grip? Only a Crossfitter...

  • wow, finally a video of a REAL deadlift and not pussy sumo lift

  • im trying x3 bodyweight deadlift, pretty hard :/ but congrats on your breakthrough

  • fucking hate her grip though

  • fuck your buffer then me... and im a guy lolol =(

  • would smash with the might of a thousand gods.

  • Super HOT!

  • why the double underhand grip?

  • @Alemaxus A supinated(under) hand grip comes from the shoulder joint. Try it standing up turn your hand palm fwd and your elbow points backwards, well what also happends is your shoulder blade depresses and your rotator cuff and other shoulder stabilizers come on and become active. This allows your lats and other core stabilizers to transfer the load(weight) more directly to the primary movers of the leg, the glutes quads.

  • @Yukapa13 ok but I have heard that you are at a much higher risk of tearing your bicep tendon when you lift with a underhandgrip(mixed grip) yet double underhand should be even more prone to injury?

  • @Alemaxus the New correct posture is basically a new exercise. If you try to preform it with the same weight as the other style, your body will do its best with what it has. The biceps will come on as tho to curl the weight and try to use the traps to assist and injury is more likely.

  • @Alemaxus sorry the first part i responded to myself

  • @Yukapa13 Its really based on your body. If your shoulders are rounded fwd and are high due to tight traps, you have an imbalance front to rear ie tight connecting tissue to the front and top of the shoulder joint and weak below and to the back of the joint. A posture like that will make it very difficult to drive out of the legs correctly. When using a posture that forces correction you have to take into account how under developed the correct posture is for that person.

  • Incredible midsection, I'm in awe of your abs! O_O

  • this is awesome!!!!!

  • amazing lift one ting why do u do under under grip? is dat a crossfit ting

  • with all respect wow your gluts should look like 2 melons if u lift such weight ob dead lift

awesome again no offense mentioned :)

  • move feet to about sholder width and it will do wonders for you!

  • wow love the hair, sexy

  • Double underhand?

  • You are so sexy!!!!! A petite wrecking ball....love it!!! Keep up the tremendous work.

  • who the f deadlifts with that grip? You will tear a bicep or two if you put enough weight on the bar.

  • Why do all these crossfit chicks just drop the weight? They're missing an important part of the exercise by not lowering the weight down.

  • @OnePunch89 You can't be serious. The deadlift goes in one direction: UP. fucking genious suggestion bro

  • @xr3n3g4d3x That was the stupidest shit I've ever read. You're probably one of those guys who drop the bar on your chest while benching.

  • @OnePunch89 Yeah that would almost be as gay as slowly lowering the weight down in a deadlift. You probably deadlift 135 or so and then FEEL THE BURN on the way down ha

  • @xr3n3g4d3x Haha you're clearly a novice if you don't understand the benefits of lowering the weight. I don't even know why I'm wasting my time with you haha.

  • @OnePunch89 Yep, but that's called a Romanian dl. Completely different exercise.

  • @OnePunch89 shes doing a personal record. Shes not doing it to get the full benefits of the lift. She would be doing sets with multiple reps then. She just wants to see how much she can pull off the ground.

  • @OnePunch89 crossfit and powerlifters work the body for strength in the deadlift. it requires a lot of central nervous system recruitment.so when one is working on attempting a new pr most explode the weight up and release the pressure off of the spine. check out westside, supertraining, or big iron training. they all have record holders. they all drop the weight on heavy dead training days. just another tool.

  • who cares about the grip? YOUR HOT!

  • You are strong enough to place the weight back down instead of dropping it like a little bitch

  • @dnj86 who really cares. If you're in an environment where you can drop out why not? its called the deadLIFT not the deadputdown. When you're going for a PR you dont wanna waste energy. She might not have made the 235 on the second try if she put it down nice and neat.

  • Comment removed

  • @bingbang3214 No one needs to do that, that is just irritating.

  • @dnj86 thats the way most powerlifters do it... you want to go tell some world record holders they are doing it wrong?

  • @spidanez

You are confusing powerlifting with olympic lifting, were dropping is justified. Guys like Andy Bolton and Benedikt Magnusson don't drop a DL.

  • @dnj86 Why do you think they made bumpers...

  • @pelvicpaladin123

For olympic weightlfting style lifts and mishaps. Still irrelevant.

  • @pelvicpaladin123

    clean (&jerk) / snatch

  • @dnj86 Why risk the injury like a silly cunt?

  • @dnj86 dude you are stupid for saying that

  • @CxOxLxE

    you're a sexist asshole

  • @dnj86 please enlighten me on how i am a sexist asshole? please please please tell me because there wasn't a word in my sentence that makes me one.

  • @dnj86 why if you can just drop it? What's the point stickboy?

  • @m5p944

I want to drop it, but you two clowns don't let me. lol

  • @dnj86 youtube tough guy dissing on a woman stronger than him hahaha fuck you

  • @dnj86 Negative on a deadlift? REALLY?

  • @keironewoodgate

Yeah. It's quite common when there is more than 1 rep.

  • @dnj86 Well you shouldn't, there is not much benefit and you risk injury. In fact most deadlift injuries occur during that phase.

  • Don't be mean, you#'re just being a total cunt.

  • @dnj86 says someone who has never competed in his life

  • Nice work!

  • you should try an alternating grip

  • your back curse is way over the top. and you role your shoulders at the end..

  • SEXY

  • @JesusFingeredBabies You need to learn to read more carefully. I specifically wrote "no matter where the weight is located (ASSUMING IT'S SYMMETRIC AROUND THE CENTER), your left hand will lift 50% of the weight..." Symmetric around the center means the weight is evenly distributed on the left and right side of the bar. Also, I never said hand spacing doesn't matter. If your hands are further apart you engage different muscles than if they're closer together.

  • @JesusFingeredBabies Powerlifting records have gone up for all sorts of reasons like smarter training, better nutrition etc. The bar transmits the downward force of the weights along its length. No matter where the weight is located (assuming its symmetric around the center), your left hand will lift 50% of the weight and your right hand lifts 50%. The distance of the weights from the center is completely irrelevant. In this case, torque = 0.

  • awesome job jeannie! Great lifts and awesome form. I enjoyed your video!

  • You're going to rip your biceps with a double underhand grip.

  • Have you fixed the hyper-extension in the back since 08? If so i would love to see what kind of numbers you are throwing up now days.

  • and she doesnt even use wrist straps!!

  • you got dat fatass

  • this video is incredibly impressive

  • @JesusFingeredBabies No Dude I was talking lifting twice my BW ie abt 260 lbs..225 is not bad either ..considering the max weight I have dead lifted till now is just 72 lbs..

Not saying I cant do higher weights its just i have nt attempted heavy weights in the deadlift ..As I am afraid abt stability probs..

  • strength woman, congratulations!!!!

  • wow! that is strong woman!

  • ohhh gawd wish i could do that someday...

  • >double underhand grip

    Wat.

  • So...can I marry you? Because you are amazingly beautiful
