  • In louisiana we have standardbred horses or the single foot horses becoming popluar

  • Good for hogie he won so much for everyone the least we can do for him...

  • Wonderful for that lovely horse - could you try to do riding lessons with him to children with disabilities, maybe an hour every month?? My son who has ADHD and Aspergers gained so much by being involved with horses. He rode and learned to take care of them. It meant so much to him. He's in the Army now - Cavalry division of course! Best to you!

    Twin Orchard isn't outfitted with enough insurance to do therapeutic riding although Hogie would be great at it. In fact, most of the Standardbreds I've met wuold do remarkably well in that field. They're very level headed, calm and seem to be able to adapt very readily.

    Hogie has had a number of different riders on him and has accepted each one with care. I'm so happy for your son!
