@junaid1 You are dodging the point. What's missing is not what she thinks ought to be done, it what she think should have done. She has repeated several obvious mistruths over and over again. She says Mubarak was overthrown, which is nonsense, he was simply too sick and old to continue his dictatorship. She says that US foreign policy is responsible for Mubarak, yet not only is that absurd, but even worse, there is no evidence of a US FP plan for the inevitable loss of Mubarak.
@pkskyutube I didn't dodge any point. I don't believe that you listened to the lecture carefully and I don't think that you paid attention to your own question. So what if she didn't address every silly concern that you had. You are listening to a one hour lecture. You were't there for it so you couldn't pose any questions. FYI Mubarak WAS overthrown he just accepted it and did not go out in a hail of bullets like John Dillenger or Quadaffi. You seem to be a very argumentative type.
Dear Caroline, Thank-you for continuing to speak out so boldly and clearly on behalf of Israel. I would love to study your lecture in more detail. Is it available as a transcription please? God bless you, Shalom,
The actions of the Obama administration in Egypt and the rest of the ME are clearly not in US interests. But Caroline Glick does the US a great disservice by not explaining what she thinks the US should have done instead of what has been done. Change was coming in Egypt because Mubarak was too old and sick to continue as dictator. What should the US have done?
@pkskyutube She hardly does a disservice if you paid attention to her speech. Starting about minute 25 she outlines what America should be doing NOW, such as linking it's support and $ to the Egyptian Army based on it's continuance of the peace with Israel, switching alliances in Syria to the Kurdish interests who are pro Western as opposed to Assad and his successors who are pro Iran, attacking Iran, linking US $ to Al Maliki in Iraq to his following a democratic path, etc. LISTEN!
Most salient analysis I've heard of last years events.
