My Mother and grandma made this bread every Easter. They are gone now but our tradition continues. I just love Lidia. I watch her on T V ,and have all of her wonderful books. I have learned so much from them, I really enjoy the fast way to prepare pasta dishes. TUTU A TAVALA A MANGARE!!!!!!

Lidia is a true pioneer not, only is she authentic but she tells you the history of each dish. Shes a true teacher. She's passionate for what she does. Shes been there and lived it.
