  • I once assisted some musicians who liked the rhythmic sound of a streetcar air compressor and wanted to use it as a rhythm instrument, as Olle has done here..

    I agreed to bleed the air form the tank to keep the compressor running. They did not like the sound of the air but when I said it was that or have the tank explode they agreed it was OK.

    The tinny rhythm of the air compress was a perfect backdrop for the music they were playing. Oh, and the air tank never did explode.
