Deb Is pretty awesome. I just have this very strong feeling that Deb is going to be killed of the season finale, next week. I don't know why but I just feel it. Or LaGuerta (no, great loss there).
I think this scene, more than anything else, made me love season 5. There were some definite highs and lows, but damn. Damn. This moment got me in the gut like a really hard punch.
I loved this scene, this season and this show. But fuck the ending. I loved Lumen and I wanted her to stay, and they build up all this drama with Quinn, just so Dexter can make everyone go "lol nevermind".
Whatever, maybe something really awesome will happen in Season 6. Knowing Dexter, something probably will. Who knows? :)
Another person like his brother Bryan, like Miguel, Layla who want to kill somebody and they can accept the Dexter's Dark Passenger... I love this tv serie and it's my favourite but if I could find some disadvntage is the same motivo in every season... But I really don't care!
@tabbeee When she said "you must be happy that its over" to Dex. My first reaction was "She knows" ... then Dexter's monologue totally ignores what she said... So either he was not listening or didn't think that it meant anything. However, Re-watching her delivery of that line, it sure looked to me that "she knows"... but it appears that the rest of the people think that it was nothing...and perhaps it was...
@Tusc9969 Exactly! her facial expressions. what could she even be talking about though. Dexter didn't really play a part in 'catching jordan chase' at least thats what it looks like to everyone else (even tho we know he did). and quinn HAS to know. he knows he killed liddy, but why? becuase he was being spied on doing something the police wouldnt approve of lol. and dexter letting quin pass the blood test. nothing makes sense. grrr >.<

They didn't further investigate Quinn after the calls between him and liddy were discovered not to mention the angry voice mail he left liddy!Also Dexter and Lumen went through all that trouble together and accepted eachother for who they were and all of a sudden she's cured supposedly and leaves dexter out in the cold after everything he's done for her...wooow and that speech Deb made to lumen and Dex was a bit too cheesy for my taste!

@Tusc9969 honestly, i think the whole 'lumen leaving all of a sudden' was the most normal thing in the finale. i can see that happening. its what girls do lawl. overall, i didnt like it as a finale. not one bit.
@tabbeee Not to me... I think it would be a cheat if Lumen didn't return, to some degree, in Season 6 (maybe a episode 8 shake-up). For her to just up and leave, never to return again, would be truly disappointing. The show made them out to be "soul mates" and she just leaves the next day...lol not buying that. The whole season had plot holes and scenes that didn't make sense. I only hope that dex wished for some new writers for the show when he blew out that candle!
