listen to the engine noise when he hand launches it. Since when has ANY prop driven plane made that type of noise. the only planes that make that noise are EDF's and Jets, and good luck launching a Jet from your hand! Granted, it does look like a pusher prop, but unless it has two engines, then either it is an EDF or he has edited the sounds.

Actually when he picks it up after the crash you can see the engine and prop on the tail... its a pusher prop... not a jet or ducted fan at all.

You can't cut throttle with a fighter-jet, because it has no ability to keep flying. A fighter-jet can only fly by power.

Wow.... You definitely can cut the throttle. As long as the laminar airflow is fast enough(airflow over wing) the wings will generate enough lift to keep the airplane in the air. Once the plane goes under the stall speed then it will start to fall quickly.

The F-18 is scratch built - just had some issues with control response. Perhaps servo locked up or needed higher torque servos.
