okay i just found out about you guys today and could you fill me in on some questions? this is incredibly amazing airsoft but the fps looks like its going 500 fps or higher at a long distance, what exactly is the average fps of guns used there? and is this training for military or regular airsoft teams?

@BareBoneRyan They use tracer units ( a barrel attachment like a silencer) and glow in the dark bb's, the tracer hits them with a blast of uv light as they exit the gun making it glow really bright.

I agree with the top 2 comments. This didn't feel like airsoft. It felt like live action, and I was in the dirt with you guys, taking fire. Watching this on a 42" screen, I was catching myself ducking and bobbing my head when shots were directed at the camera man. Very well done, guys. You make me want to return to the sport.

What part of Texas are you in? If you're in the DFW area, many people drive over to Forney, TX hosted by Mike Greene. He's the owner of The Army Store in Garland. Others will take a trip over the DFWAP, in Denton. Both locations require you under-go a chrono test, so follow TASO rules. Good hunting. ( :

Hmmm, I'm partial to Mike Greene's field in Forney, TX. They are all respectful adults, and the few teens there are just as respectful. At DFWAP, things are a little less organized, from what I hear. I haven't played at DFWAP yet, but I may start due to it being closer to me.

@ryukenosuke Ive only been to DFWAP(dfw Adventure Park) once before, and the fields seemed pretty legit, although some of the players that came there were very unprofessional about the games we played. For example, a year ago my friends and I were playing against another larger group of people on that one field with the large containers and makeshift "tower" playing a game of Survival (continued in next post)

After a few seconds we stop shooting and start to turn to leave when all 5 of them start hipfiring us with their rented M16s yelling "I'M NOT OUT YET". We let that one slide until they tried to do the same thing again, and while they were getting mowed down during their obvious failure and refusal to call hits, they attempted to do Spetsnaz combat rolls. I was apalled.
