ANYONE who works or has worked in the food industry know that rats and mice go together with the business. I used to deliver to hundreds of restaurants from a hole in the wall to a five star, from all of NYC to NJ and more. I have seen all kinds of things that would make you NOT want to eat out ever again. EVERY restaurant has its issues even if it is not related to mice or rats. So you have two options, think about the problems ond never eat out again or don't and go out and enjoy.

Okay, not every restaurant in New York is like that, but what he's talking about is that every restaurant has a bug or a rat. No restaurant can ever be completely, 100% clean because they HIDE unlike these rodents.
