so based on everyone comments people expect a believable story line with a chick wearing almost no clothes and scifi armor. oh yeah i really see them doing that for a tv show and/ or the movie. good luck. I love the comic and yes this isnt perfect but i still enjoyed it.

This is really disappointing. I am a HUGE fan of the comic, and this to me seems like its murdering Witchblade. The armour is horrible in this series, how it just randomly appears on her, and how it looks like its MEDEVAL or something. The Witchblade is supposed to be animalistic and mysterious, not huge and clunky and awkward. The most stunning shots in the series show her hair and eyes with the witchblade curled around her face. Come one topcow, that helmet is HORRIBLE and you know it! D>

I never saw the comics or the anime. I love this series, it's too bad the actress was having some personal problems during the filming. I hear she's ok now however. Even if I did read the comics or watch the anime, I never compare renditions.

Sorry, I saw some of the early comics, then when I saw this?! Gee, WB, would it KILL you to show a little skin or fanservice? Wonder Woman did it, even Xena did it. Show some leg & maybe more than a belly shirt...

The Witchblade anime got it right! Yeah, it's over the top, & it's not just fanservice, it's T&A! Still, it's a damn sight better than transforming to FULL ARMOR...

If you like the live-action show, fine. As for the movie, I'm hoping for Masane Amaha & not a lame-o Witchblade..
