Pasta With Chicken, Risotto Style

This is an awesome recipe--I was leery of the raw chicken, but if you cut it up in bite-size pieces, it cooks through really quickly, and that sauce...mmm.

The noodles would cook in what, 6 minutes? How does all of that stock boil down so quickly? But it looks yummy. I guess if it were done with rice, then it would Risotto?
