that L shaped pipe is a outlet for liquids disposed in the rear galley.
i am not too sure about the ULD's, if they are hooked in the floor or the walls, im not sure, il ask a cargo dude next time i see one, il let you know mate.
Thanks! Are you a flight attendant or a captain? And for the L shaped pipe, so it's like a drain pipe? I didn't realise they disposed of liquids that way. One would think they'd have a container to hold it in until they reach the ground. Cheers!
wow,amazing

Airbus 320's ULD's are locked down by manual locks on the floor. 321's have the floor locks as well as some side locks.
For the rear drain, it's only for water and such, not from the lav. Anything from the lavs go into a holding tank and emptied on arrival.

I'm still trying to figure out why they don't use containers for the cargo in America, but they do so in other countries.

At around 0:43, what is that L-shaped pipe that sticks out from the body of the plane?
Those ULD in the cargo, are they locked down to the floor of the aircraft?
