Thanks mate, a bit confusing how you have to put your title over black and then add your movie clip afterwards. It makes more sense to just be able to drag a title track before a clip but for some reason power director don't do it that way???? The way the title track seems more like a subtitle track system IMO.

this is awesome. i was actually using v3 for years then switched to v8 just yesterday. i was at a lost because i can't find the effects for titles. thought there are no effects available for it. thanks so much

Thank you, the manual on this software is not comprehensive at all and the forums are not strong either. This video helped us figure out how to do something that should be simple - a black background title segment - that we were not figuring out from the manuals.
