Nothing is scary about RE.Since the first one,it was like solving puzzle with zombies.Nothing scary about the creatures compare to SH creatures.SH sound effects and its atmosphere is more creepy and scary than RE(classics and latest games).I would say SH is better in terms of horror,while RE would be better if all the games are action games.
