But I've gotta say, Russo is pissing me off with the Joker gimmick. I've gotta give it to Sting though, he's really got the Heath Ledger Joker's mannerisms down well- but it's still a little embarrassing turning him into that. Then again, his silent gimmick was based almost entirely off of The Crow, but I think that fit him a little better. Could be worse.

I myself would have put Missing Link on there over Papa Shango, because Link worked several different territories with that gimmick without changing anything about it, while Shango was only in WWF and later took off the makeup to become Kama Mustafa and then The Godfather/Goodfather. Maybe you can amend this list to be a "Top 15"? Whatever; it's still a pretty good list

@electrodinobot I suppose I should point out something to you: Doink didn't wear makeup or face paint; he wore a white mask decorated to look like clown makeup with a green wig attached, so he technically doesn't belong on your list at all. As I stated before, Missing Link belongs on your list. Adrian Adonis also wore face paint for a while too. And what about Sherri Martel (as "Scary Sherri")?
