  • Glad to meet a fellow vegan :)

  • Next to experiencing a glorious healthy relationship with another Human Being or Mammal, the next is with Wholesome living foods,,, the benefits of such a r/s is the most splendid nurturing experience radiating from our 3rd generational natural Son, SolarSun, that without Him there could be no life for us at all to enjoy with our 1st Ancestor, our Mama Earth~~** thank you SiStar for sharing!!

  • You're an angel... I love vegans!

  • Bless Up Ital Princess

  • I would LOVE to live in a Vegan neighborhood!

  • Any so called blacks watching this attention: YOU ARE NOT AFRICAN. If you 'come' from amerikkka, are so called west indian and so called haitians- You are HEBREW ISRAELITES. Who in the time of Romans persecution of the jews in ancient times, fled to Africa to elude your captors. You LIVED there but were not AFRICAN. In fact, AFRICANS SOLD YOU OUT by your identifying garments, beards (for the men) and your eating practices. YOU ARE NOT BLOOD EATING ANIMAL SACRIFICING AFRICANS. Learn who you are.

  • Superr!!!

  • Ah...wish I'd lived closer than here at Louisiana !

  • She seems sweet and i'm glad for her success, but she's wrong about the Rastafarian belief coming from Africa. Very off with that. No one deified Haile Selassie in Ethiopia or elsewhere in Africa; it was the Jamaicans who were the first to deify him and interpret him as a prophet. When he made room for Rastafarians and other Jamaicans to live in Ethiopia (shoving aside native people), THEN it started having African (Ethiopian) followers due to the influence.

  • @rtoriq ummm actually "dreadlocks' started in Africa and many aspect of rasta culture. Do your reseach my friend.

  • @maame85 Wth are you talking about, i have and nowhere in my comment did i even highlight hairstyles in the 1st place. My ancestry is from that region of Africa and while obviously there's lots of things in Rasta culture that comes from Africa, my point is DEIFICATION of Haile Selassie was NOT a native belief. Of the Christians, most practice Orthodox Xianity, which never saw Haile Selassie as some prophet. So i'd advise u to do some research as well instead of coming w/ hairstyle "rebuttals".

  • in the uk it will soon be law that vegetarian restuarants will have to offer meat alternatives some one ought to get it going out there

  • I've been a vegetarian for about 7 weeks now.

I'm struggling to find good food! Lately it's been stir-fried tofu and veggies, black beans and rice, and a shit ton of bread/potatoes.

    any suggestions?

  • hahahaha

  • Try indian food. Most of the indian food is origially vegetarian, and it tastes very good!

  • The libraries have plenty of books on it.

  • There's a few brands available for vegetarians in the supermarket like morning star farms, boca, amy's, and others. I'm not sure what area you're in, but you can get vegetarians options in many restaurants these days such as chili's... they have a blackbean patty for their hamburgers... hope it's going well :)

  • ya its hard, especially if your a pure vegan. how vegetarian are ya? dairy products are a great source of protein, vitamins(especially B12), etc.

beans and brown rice is possibly the BEST combo you can have. they each lack a specific amino acid, but together, its almost as good as any animal protein.

personally though...i eat meat...i just love it. but i still appreiciate vege foods and the benefits of that diet.
