Judging by the numbers on the compressor housing its a gt2560r, thats the OEM s15 silvia turbo charger. good to about 300whp. Also looks like it has the DIF housing adaptor people use on their ca18's and sr20's to retain their existing suction pipe so i/c pipe modification isnt necessary for fitment. makes bolt on soooo easy. great idea for air filter placement too on apps such as his

I havent seen a single O2 sensor that reads worth a damn before the turbo. The EGT's are so high in the manifold that they dont read right. Thats why theyre always placed after the turbo, usually between 3 and 7 inches to read a more consistent slightly cooler stream. And yes an exhaust does make a difference. Kinda like having a fan shroud, it keeps the exhaqust energy in a direct, consistent steam rather than immediate dispersion. AND THAT TURBO WONT MAKE 375whp. Thats a t2 disco on there

375hp. with no exhaust on the turbo i find that hard to believe. i doubt its carbed so good luck with sale finding blow through R1 carbs and if its fuel injected which im sure it is its not getting an o2 reading so hello rich and timing retard. turbo looks like a gt2871r-15 so its about 400hp capable tho on an R1 its displacement is so small i just dont see it. 400 bike power has been done but not the way your sitting. i vote 250hp, 270ish if he gets an exhaust, 300 with a decent tune.

@ca18drifter88 turbo'd Engines dont require an exhaust. principles with engines are faster you can get air in and out the better the engine will be in relation to turbo'd applications. Turbo'd cars run better with straight through side or wing exit exhausts its a proven fact. 02 reading can be taken from anywhere on the manifold, ie before or after the turbo. 375 is a very capable figure if the bike is done right.
