the connectors are different... I wanted to install an old hard drive from a computer with a virus to my new computer so I could transfer the files, but the connectors were different.

@jwdesign336 probably have a brand new computer right? well newer computers have SATA conections to the hardrive this happen around 2 yrs ago i think older ones would have IDE (40 pin) conections to the hardrive SATA is a small ribbin cable and IDE is is big wide cable shown in he video

@mrdopman if the computer your using now has IDE cable (big bulkyand grey)connections to the motherboard to the harddrive it WILL work i have xp pro and i have one of my windows 9x hardrives in mine and work 2x as faster now lol
