They broke up, and then reunited briefly for a greatest hits album.Roland Gift had a solo album, and tried to reform the band as Roland Gift and.... the other members had other band projects.They disbanded ultimately because they felt another full studio record would be too difficult after the success of "Raw and.." Plus Gift is an actor as well.

piano great. I love the bass. hits the same progressive notes, but sometimes moves down an octave instead of going up to hit the note. Old trick but I rarely tire of it.

A Lambretta is not a "moped" (nor is a Vespa).

A "moped" has a motor and Pedals - hence "mo-ped" top speed appx. 30 mph. Effectively a motorized bicycle.

A Lambretta, As seen in this video, stripped and tuned will break 100mph.

Mo'ped is the wide-spread name for these vehicles, they are still sold as mopeds to this day even if they do not have pedals which most do not, you obviously ride one and get teased because you have a moped. they are fun in the summer but are really a gay's best friend.

To this day that style of bike is sold as a scooter, even tha plastic ones from Japan.

The bikes in that video are vintage and predate even the term "moped".

The Fine Young Cannibals get their name from a line in a Natalie Woods Movie. I get TFYC confused with the group London Beat. LB song "I've been thinking about you" is very similar in sound to TFYC songs. Go figure. www.songfacts.com
