  • OR you can buy a usb charger for 5€

  • paid about a tenner for a pair, been using them for about 6 months now for my wireless mouse on the laptop and they rock.

  • they are expensive.

  • they are $14.97 in Canada

  • @flyboyovyick08 :o) thx

  • WARNING: These batteries can cause permanent damage to you usb drive.

These batteries toasted the main irreplaceable usb port on my desktop motherboard and I needed pliers to take them out. I had to buy pci usb ports. Do NOT use these on laptops.

  • @hitmanfan93 anything is replaceable (with a soldering iron), did it draw too much power?

  • i bet its lithium

  • @dukejon91 Nope. They can be charged with normal NiMH charger, so there's no DC-DC converter inside.

  • he says they're 20 bucks. i got 2 aa's for 7 dollars

  • how many mAh plx?

  • I have two of these, they sell them at the Pounds shops in the UK, they do what they say, they are not long lasting, I got about 3 days use in a wireless mouse, probably around 20 some hours, but hey they were one pound each, so nothing lost!

  • hey everone look at my vid this is how u get thwe same battry 4 £1 yhs go and click pr4t1kg then look at ths usb battery ok

  • how the hell do you charge a 9v battery with 5 volts

  • A transformer?maybe?I don't know the amperage of a usb port but i'm sure it surpassas that of a 9volt battery.

  • I'm thinking it recharges individual cells inside the battery, USB puts out 5 volts.

  • not a smart idea because there's so little space for the battery inside.. therefore greatly reduced capacity.

  • I still think its clever. I think it would be better if it was lithium.

  • it is a neat idea, yes, but it isn't very practical for much other than a flashlight, as the capacity on these things is pretty small, they wouldn't power a camera long.

but hey, there's a sucker born every minute.

  • I think i'll get some and review them. I want them mainly for my xbox controlers.

  • okay but I think you'll find they go dead quite quickly. Standard Ni-MH batteries would be my choice in them.

but hey, if you must have a battery that plugs into USB, go for it lol

  • @VeryTucker exactly and wii

  • 1. Theres 2 USB Ports To Connect Wired Controllers On An XBOX360. They Both Fit In There And Charge Comfertly. lol.

    2. Id Be Great For Them To Hold 1GB Of Data Too Like A "FlashBattery" lol Or 8GB

  • I think space is on the short side as it is but a cool idea.

  • Cool idea.

I want those but i dont think they have those where i live:(

  • Really cool idea but could be so much cheaper.

But of course, human nature = selfishness = profiteering.

  • how many times can u rechareg it? they must be a limit just like any other rechargeable battery. for that price it better be a rly high number of times.

  • I think I heard its 500 or a large # like that.

  • £7.97 at DIGIMART co uk, ony $16...

  • amazing
