Hahaha The first time I watched this episode. My reaction was the same as Buddy's. I was thinking, 'Oh, this guy must be one of those that joke around about being more happy if their wives were gone'.....then the dude got to explaining and then all of my excitement...........vanished. xD

I think her mom should've given her more choice over the cake design, but sitll, ultimately, it's not like she's the one paying for the cake (or the party). If she really, really wanted her fashionista cake over anything her mom thought would fit the theme, then maybe she should've offered to pay for it. :\ If it's her money, her mom can't veto it.
