if you in Germany and are doing your own singing videos on youtube and the song for example are britney spears they will sue you and maybe even get you in jail for it cause you dont have the rights to sing it. so in theory everyone in youtube are in risk for getting sued cause of fav videos, hearing a speical song in background or commenting games/movies
