I don't disagree, I am pretty sick of the word myself, but it's the one that stuck. Everything else - sustainable, efficient, healthy, etc, just don't have the market approval that green does.

I know why dont we make a law making it illegal for people to say 'green' more than 50 times a day! It would cut down on hate crimes and violence!
