I have problems removing two black screws (1:50). I am pushing and pushing, they just don't move )':

@meru402002 possible you already loosened them, and they just don't come out there holes. try next steps and lifting up, you will see wether they are still tight or not.

@nastrokes the slider is a clip, behind the front part, when taking it apart you should be able to bend it into a better working position. at 3:25 is where you're almost there. the part I put down on the left side cotains the mechanism.

I think your problem is the flex cable, The kind of problem you describe is often caused by partly damaged flex cable. You shoul replace it and the front cover (if you want)

I had the same Problem, the reason for me was that cell phone didn't recognize wether handsfree was plugged in or not. didn't find a solution yet, so i replaced the mainboard (from a display-damaged cell) and everything worked fine...

i don't know what you mean by ribbon, but asfar as I know slider recognizes wether phone is open or closed by magnet under the slider. could be your magnet or the electric field being bothered

flex cable is soldered to the circuitboard on the other side, thats why it's not that easy to remove it.

soldering iron should fix your problem ;)

I understand this video all the way to the end, but haven't yet tried it. How about the front screen and the chrome frame? How do you take those apart? I worry about how it's attached to the wheel and stuff too. Got a follow-up video of the rest of the front housing?

most of it is shown in my vid, take the phone apart, remove the old flex cable and put the new one in, it's just that simple. but be careful with the new flex it's easy to break.

you can see in the vid at 2:30 how i remove the clip (the flex cable) from the main board, and the other side of the flex cable attached to the display is a clip too ;)

What is the problem if the touch keys or the wheel dont work? atleast it makes a sound when i spinn it and the numpad works fine.

Nothing wrong with my screen but i read that some see inverted colors and the screen backwards and so far ive read that it might not help to replace the flex cable

i don't think the flex cable is your problem, I've already read a lot about uther people having the same trouble like you, but until now I've neither found a solution myself, nor on the internet, but i'll keep searching

From what I've read, the wheel actually hooks up with the touch keys too, so the chances are, you may need a wheel replacement.

problem is that the flex cable is one of the most sensitive parts of the phone. if you stretch or bend it a little too far when replacing it, it'll break.

you can only try to be very careful.

as far as i know samsung doesn't sell any of that, you should try looking on ebay for used/broken phones that contain the parts you may need.

what u mean by affected? by opening up the phone like i did you kann easily slip it through the hole. at 2:24 you can see how i remove the clip(!) from the circuit board, you can put it on again at any time.
