  • I must admit, there are good looking engines .... and how ever well that goes ..... it's not beautiful. Do you think the Husaberg guys could have a holiday int Italy & catch an aesthetic jean ?

  • wonderfull work mate!

  • very respectable work sir. what is your opinion on piston coatings (top and sides?) supposedly they do a good job at insulating from heat, but i have never used them so i dont know.

  • @thegenrl Thanks for watching and cheering! I have very little experience myself on piston coatings. Coatings on the skirts are for reducing friction. These are gaining in the market, which should mean they are found to be worth the money. The heat reflecting coatings (cheramical) are used on the piston top and cylinder head. Those are marketing substantial power gain AND keeping the rest of the engine "cool".

  • eine Tasse Kaffee mit Kokain in ihm.

  • You are fuck. mental.

At least explain waht you are doing.

  • You dont need those heavy reinforcments.

    No wear???

14.1 is good, but i dont know if you can handle it.

What did you made to the surface???? Yu polished it? glass?

Soot?? Is good on the piston, not in the rest.

Cleareances seem ok. but depends on vary factors including engine rpm.

    paper is expensive, right.

  • Verry interesting teori on the glassblasting the piston surface ....

That gave me an idea for my 650 husaberg.

    Best regards Machine engineer student.

Hej mats har du noe nettside til clementz engineering

  • 14 to 1 comp. ratio.... what the fuuuuck ?!

That thing must rip like no other. What whp are you aiming at? 70? 80? more? :D

  • @makexxx I wasn't sure on what RWHP to expect. The dyno showed 85 hp on the rear wheel, as can be seen here on my last video.

  • @Massegossen

Hahaha mental. I bought new 570 supermoto Berg, and looking for more top end power. It has insane low/mid torque but top end is kinda weak. Really need a better cam from somewhere, head ported and full exhaust.

  • i would love to see you test this beast :o

  • Ja det blev ju roligt i flera avseenden Balthazar är skyldig dig en pappersrulle och du Mats skall kalibrera bänk........Haha tänk som det kan bli :)

  • ser bra ut buddy,

  • This is some serious tuning! nice job! Forgive me, but I am very interested in your work, let me ask some questions:

-What is your intensions with the bike? will you race with it?

-Do you know already the sum weight if the bike?

-Why a 250 frame? I saw a lot of supermonos based on 125 mito or aprilia rs. Do you think the 125 frame would be weak, the power twists them? I am thinking to place a stock engine (lc4, rotax or something) in a 125, and i am interested in an expert's opinion.

  • @2Petya Yes, if everything turns out as it should, I will use it for my 13th season of the Nordic Supermono cup. It weighs about 115kg. 250-style because it takes a 160 rear tyre to cope with the grunty power a large thumper produces. The 450's are a much better power plant for the 125-style. Small, high revving and light weight.
