  • That's great, 38'. Sounds like you'll be back to it. Slalom is a fine great workout, is in my blood, I can't give it up, and it's the safest high energy sport around! Were you injured? If so, then keep a looser old fashioned boot system going, one that you'll come out of easily. Tight boot performance gains may be just myth and false belief. Think Andy Mapple with his rear toe piece, and others. What isn't a myth is injuries caused by these newer and/or too tight binding systems/set-ups.

  • makes me wish i never stopped skiing, at 17 years old i was running into 38', best ever was 3 in practice, 2 in a tournament. won the south central regionals when i was 11, and took 6th at nationals that same year..look it up=) my dad ran 38' at the national tournament in 1997, actually qualified to go pro. man i miss it.

  • @misha2323, i do AWSA skiing and if you no Nick Lang me an him are friends and i live in washington state i am number 1 in the state and if i do 3@ 32 off all the time in tournaments i will be 3rd in the Nation.

  • @Skihard3event Nice work! But i only think you mean 1 @ 34 or 31..! But still, way to go! I'm now 14 and i ski 3@49. Last year i wass skiing also @ 34
