Yeah um.. i have to ride this stuip Expressway daily from the Throngs Neck Bridge to The Major Deegan and on a good day it takes 39-59 Mins. due to freakin' traffic

No traffic? You were lucky. Traffic in New York City is unbelievable, especially the George Washington Bridge and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
