CO2 does not have a Thermal Capacity to have 1.5 Celsius impact on our atmosphere. Nitrogen's Thermal capacity is 1.0 and Oxygen's is 0.9. These 2 gases constitute 98.9% of the atmosphere. While CO2 has a Thermal capacity of 0.8 and has 387 parts per million. It should have a thermal capacity of 100.0 in order to have any negative impact. I read several chapters of his new book "Storms of my grand children" and he does not address thermal capacity. He practically says GHG cause 60 F warmth
