  • 1 month update for muscle building is too short, but for fatloss it's a good interval.

    Keep the diet clean, high in protein and do squats and deadlifts for your ass (can I say that?) and legs. Loose fat and fill it up with muscle ^^

  • Definition is obtained by removing the layer of adipose tissue between your muscles and skin,After viewing your videos i would recommend concentrating on the area from above your knees to below your navel as this is where you have most of your adipose tissue, I would recommend 2 basic exercises.. dead lifts for your glutes and hamstrings and squats for your quads, these 2 basic exercises are all you need to do tone up and burn that adipose tissue in that area, if you need any advice just ask.xxx

  • I think you look great. Im a guy and I am on a similar quest. I want to gain more muscle mass. Everything you mentioned in your vids i am already doing. It takes a long time, I am finding but I take it a day at a time. Good luck with your progress :)

  • @mznazal1 Yes, I have implants. I went to Dr. Ary Krau in Bal Harbor. You don't necessarily need bigger weights. You could just do more reps until you get the burn your looking for.

  • one more 5 or 6 meals a day cut salt surgar and bread by half this helps a tun

    that's really what got me to lean down.simple diet ,small meals is the way to go.

    eat like a hog look like a hog,lol....

  • bicycling is good been doing that since a little kid for 33 years good way to go another way looks like yu want to tone your whole body ,boot camp type workouts are real good, to get definition and lean down ,check out bodyrocktv ,these are killer worksouts ,it will whip into shape quik,i do this 2 ,what is your goal for your body

  • Ahh...you're hot! Wow! If anything though I say don't go for a certain look, just go for healthy. Eat well, work out, and enjoy life :) People are most attractive when they do that, I think.

  • Ok, seriously, you want a bicyclist's backside. I see pretty much exactly what you are going for in most of the women I bicycle with. For upper body push-ups and pull-ups would get you pretty much everything you want. and in all those activities you are strengthening your core, so you will end up with ab muscles. One other thing... eat.

  • @brrrdman85 Thanks. Your right, I am going to keep setting new goals for myself. I want to abdominal muscles to be more prominent and my legs and butt to be firmed. Mainly, I want to ass more muscle to my butt so it can have that "shelf" look and be slightly more prominent, nothing crazy. I am not looking to compete in the Arnold next year lol

  • @manaf1000 I get what you mean and thanks :) I am 5'4. I do not really have the problem of adding too much muscle or "bulking" up my legs, since I am a hard gainer. But, I have done a lot of research and have found out how to prevent that from happening, if that is, in fact, your body type/composition. I will make a video about it, since it is a lot to write in this reply. I will send you the link to the video when I post it.
