  • oh shut up you you are just sad because you have no sence of what a good issue of hwat is good and what is bad and yes we we cant makes no sence you idiot and if you go proteting into the streets youll be arrested and youll be no better than egypt and you wouldnt be treating former president bush like this so shut the hell up or i will for you

  • Marijuana stocks to invest in.

    CBIS.OB (Cannabis Science, Inc.)

    CMSI.PK (Cannabis Medical Solutions)

    MJNA.PK (Medical Marijuana, Inc.)

  • I would also like to argue that if you were to legalize cannabis for domestic personal growth and use, that because its supply would be so high, it would become devalued. this means that amount of money going out of america to mexican cartels would not actually exist within the american economy anymore. still, it would benefit the economy to stop so much leaving the country.

  • the only justification for a government to tax a plant is if the use of that plant causes harm in a way that the state would have to fund healthcare for those victims of irresponsible use. this is one point where i'm against the nationalization of healthcare as i have here in britain. people who go to hospital with drug related problems should pay themselves, because people who use cannabis responsibly won't ever need to go to hospital from damage due to cannabis use.

  • Please visit my channel if you are one who wishes to RE-LEGALIZE MARIJUANA AS IT PERTAINS TO OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

I am making a cross country trip this spring, summer and fall, to gather signatures on a petition to re-legalize.

also sign my petition for the immediate release of Marc Emery.

come see me as i visit a city near you.

  • My biggest complaint is draconian drug test laws. I am all for a test to determine if someone is intoxicated at work, just like alcohol, but to test if someone has took a few puffs in the last few WEEKS is completely rediculous and unfair. I smoked out w/ my cousin a couple days ago and now I found out I'm going to get called back to work early so I had to make up a bunch of shit about going to Wyoming to put off the test :) I was so drunk I couldn't talk last night, but that doesn't matter?

  • ALL of the networks on TV are controlled by the govt, nothing goes on there that is against the govt's intentions- the past election pretty much proved that. I have seen many many more programs on tv about marijuana lately, most of them have done a very good job of showing how rediculous and unfair that outlawing a natural (and superior) medicine.

  • haha ,in this world are so many idiots ,who think marijuana is dangerous ,tabaco and alko is 10 times dangerous than marijuana

  • Dxmoe, your stupid. Go and do some research and stop deepthroating the governments small penis.

  • i dont understand what is so hard? why dont they just make it legal? wtf...just because the people in charge of the laws dont want it legal while most of the country does it stays illegal its just bullshit

  • most of the country ha more like 98% round it its like all of the country

  • LEGALIZE IT!!!!

  • stupid and lazy. The reason for this stereotype is that the highly educated and successful smokers would be ostrasized and ridiculed if they came out in the open!

My dad worked on prop 36 for 30 years and came across smokers from all walks of life. Lawyers, surgeons, CPAs, CEO's you name it.

These people were thrown into rehab alongside meth addicts to keep their professional licenses. We need to show america that pot smokers are productive and normal!

  • You should have included "Obama laughed and said no without even explaining why". He laughs at 10s of millions of American's opinion.

What pissed me off is when the crowd laughed in agreement. Like a bunch of stupid yes men. I would have said "now why shouldn't we legalize it, give me one good reason"

I think we need calm nonviolent protests of the millions of pot smokers. We need the smart educated closet smokers to come out in the open. Ironically pot smokers are thought to be

  • dude ur awesome... i realy hope ganja is leagallized.. but do yall think my stuff will still sell even tho they will be taxing it and putting it in local gas stations and stores?

  • The shit sells itself, there's just got to be a reason to go to you and not the gas station. If that means selling it cheaper then you gotta buy it cheaper still. Still follows the same rule of buying in bulk at this price and selling smaller units for a higher price. If your shits dank, you've got nothin to be worried about. If it's schwag, you'll be smokin your own product til it's out

  • Great video 5 starts keep it up.

  • you are my new idol man!!!!

  • thats what i thought about obama as well

  • May I also suggest researching Holy Anointing Oil try Google "free anointing".

  • Rick Simpson's Cancer Cure Hemp Oil is Cannabis extract full of Cannabinoids (including THC).

Dr. Melamede ... "Cannabinoids kill Cancer Cells"

Dr. Liu ..."THC can kill Cancer Cells"

Dr. Di Marzo ... "THC exhibits anti - tumor effects on various Cancer Cell types"

  • I agree but the curious obama cartoon was a bit racist

  • fuck obama hes a fruad.

  • over grow overgrow overgrow overgrow!! fuck that fucking half and half faggot with a fucking dog. fuck him.

  • The only way 2 world peace is the legalization of marijuana...

come on people green your routine...

  • true...true!

  • ehm.

It already is legal in some US states so...

  • this is so good, im so disapointed in obama. i thought he was normal, i didnt know he was trying to impress some racist old weedophobe

  • obama is nothing but lies everything he said was to gain a vote. Now hes president hes dosent give a fuck about us... PS OBAMA IS A ILLEGAL IMMERGRANT

  • Yah.. I feel like a fool believing in him and voting for him...

    SHAME ON YOU Obama!

  • Yes I am good for the economy though I think I understand the concerns of Northern Californians that make so much money off Marijuana under a policy of Prohibition. We also need a "Basic Income Gauruntee" that Richard Cook talks about. Ending prohibtion, implementing single payer health care will destabilize jobs and incomes and certainly needs to be addressed.

  • You just don't GET IT. The MERP Model will be good for the economy by keeping nearly 27 Billion a year in Mexican Drug Cartel proceeds in the United States while simultaneously destroying the Drug Cartels.

  • where did you get that number...

in California its all grown in-state now.

Nobody buys Mexi-shwag..that money comes from coca.

  • Goto NewAgeCitizen MERP HQs. The Mexican Cartels send 38 Billion to Mexico each year, of which 70%, or 27 Billion, is from Marijuana. Most of this is NOT shwag but outdoor sensimilia.

  • well maybe thats going to states outside of cali...we grow our own here :p

  • Exactly. And that is what MERP will allow for all Americans: the right to grow without any taxation, regulation or other government interference. So, yes, we agree that everyone should be able to grow their own?

  • yes I agree everyone should be able to grow their own. I wasnt saying your bad for the economy - I was replying to a comment that is now removed. Though I believe there should be no restrictions or taxation on A PLANT.

  • Barack Obama is like a sack of bammer weed that only smells and looks good, but will not do shit for you. I perfer to call him "O bamer" Don't give me no bammer weed, we don't smoke that shit in the SFC.

  • hahahah

  • He jumped on Obama cause he promised. Bush was an asshole and said flatout that he wanted a zero tolerance policy.

  • I focus on Obama because he gave false hope in Re-Legalizing Marijuana. Certainly the past presidents are equally as bad.

  • funny how you jump on obama but not past presidents as much

  • Where the hell is this poll to vote for marijuana and shit because if this will help the economy then I will vote for it unless you gotta be old cuz I'm only 15. A lot of my friends smoke weed, I don't but I don't think it does anything bad for you except for making u go broke and making u steal the people close to you, other than that, your all good

  • This is old news. Obama changed his mind.

"Obama: Pot legalization not good economic strategy" ... look it up.

  • Comment removed

  • Jah bless

  • i totally agree with u, except we definitely need to regulate and tax weed. very highly actually. the u.s. needs the money. but growing it yourself should be legal too

  • MERP actually allows for very limited taxation for commercial sale of let's call it "high THC" pot -- the kind you smoke. But taxing requires regulation which is very expensive and also very intrusive to your privacy rights. We also don't want to stand in the way of hemp production for food products and about 100,000 other products from building materials to face creams. And worst of all taxation will sustain the illicit black market which I think we all want to eliminate. Conclusion: no tax

  • I'd imagine that the main reason other organizations support the high tax models is because they feel it will be more likely to be adopted by government officials. Not saying I agree with that at all, but I'd imagine that's their main reason.

  • Vertually all of youtube is pro marijuana. It's becoming difficult to find an anti pot video of any sort . Those negative remarks on any related video is roughtly 1 to 1000! Surely the war on marijuana will soon end. The most dedicated prohibitionist is beginning to loose heart. Our cause is all but won. Our freedom is within our grasp. Press on and keep smoking.

  • @IFlick i would have put keep growing instead of keep smoking but thats just me.

  • beer is so much worst THATS A FACT i drink....

  • love your necklace...congress is the reason it's illegal...

  • posting this on the profile page for a while!

  • Thanks for the post.

  • So to sum things up 'Fidollayoubuy The Scientist'. All your, so called, "facts" are just opnions. Not real facts that have meaning. you just gave pointless and useless opnions. Sorry if i'm being ha(r)sh but that's how it is!

  • PLEASE!

  • Legalize...for medical and personal use...!

  • The suits have been running this show way to long when it came to weed..If I want to grow for my own use,I feel its my right to do it...We all let the us goverment take to much control over the years..Socialist pigs

  • Then it is time to become a MERP activist. The most important first step is to call your representative once a week an tell them "either implement MERP by November of I am voting for someone else." Job security is the only thing you representatives truly understand.

  • please do something in India...!

its in our mythology for gods sake! lord shiva!

    help us bro

  • The tentative name for the coming campaign is "Re-Legalize Marijuana Worldwide in 2009." I will be getting the word out through the link in the "info" section (upper right). When you go to the link you will notice that the text can be translated into any language. Already this video has received significant viewing throughout the planet. More videos and information to come. 1st Action: Attend a Global Marijuana March event on Saturday, May 2nd 2009.

  • herbal plant coming from mother earth especially considering you dont need to add anything to it to make it give a buzz.. We need ron paul... hah. There has not been one deadly case of the use of marijuana thanks for making this video to show how stupid american leaders CAN be

  • just to let you know not only the 20billion dollars would be saved and or put to better use but there is also the fact it is a 40billion dollar a year business thats 60billion dollars people and they think that giving bailouts will stimulate our economy im 16 and i completely support marijuana and its uses and even I a young man can tell you all if we had marijuana legalized it would be the best thing for our economy... ITS NOT DANGEROUS alcohol and tobacco is the main kill of people

  • 20 Billion a year is what we spend for Drug Enforcement each year. It is a significant amount of money. But further money would be saved as law enforcement would no longer be required. Also there would be no need to send more money to Mexico for Plan Meridia etc. But also consider something you can't put a price on: your freedom. Re-Legalization would provide a counter balance to the liberties lost after 911.

  • the curious obama pic wasn't great

  • In the video I used a graphic I had constructed for an article I wrote about 6 months ago: "Curious Obama: Globalist Traitor." The graphic was intended to be a parody of the "Curious George" series. Like Curious George, he is getting himself into a lot of mischief. The article focused on Obama's links to Bresinsky, who as you well know, is a very dangerous Globalist.

I obviously misjudged the sensitivity of this issue, but never with ill intent.

  • Well guess what a bill was entered to Legalize Marijuana in California by Tom Ammiano :O on 2/23/09

  • That is great news. The big question now before us is whether we want Marijuana regulated like hard liquor or beer. The former will result in $600 ounces, the latter will make it free or very cheap: even if you grow under lamps. Most "moneyed" drug organizations (MPP, DPA, NORML etc.) want the expensive "tax and regulate model." That would NOT stop the Cartels and would allow the continued "busting" of 840,000 Americans each year. MERP is definitely the way to go.

  • To make it for enticing for the government to adopt, we should allow them to tax the whole process. That would create new jobs, and possibly lead us out of this economic down turn. A single individual cultivating 100 plants seems quite high.

  • The MERP Model allows the issuance of commercial licenses but gives "airtight" protection of personal cultivation. Thus if the gov't allows an ounce at $100 few will grow. But if they get greedy and sell for $600 an ounce most will choose to grow rather than buy from commercial outlets. More on this in future videos.

  • HELL YEAH!! Legalize weed!! Shidddd, I'm tired of payin' weed citations!! lol!!

  • COOL

  • I think the government should at least legalize it just for me, That's what I want!

  • And not smoking apparently makes one susceptible to MANY grammatical errors like "getting into a head on motorcycle accident." Say what? And I love the one about "Marijuana was invented by communist China." Funny stuff. Keep it up.

  • While I'm completely against the use of marijuana PERIOD. And hate the effects of it on the YOUTH, most of all. I agree with you here, this guy above has SOMETHING lose.LOL

  • All of those apparent facts you list are all fabricated lies and you are a mentally retarded fuck face if you think anyone believes you, grow a brain

  • Oh please give me a single instance of where my facts are "fabricated lies." Support for the MERP Model is growing by the day and will benefit everyone -- except the Drug Cartels. The days of Marijuana Prohibition are numbered. The only question is whether we implement MERP or a "tax and regulate" model. MERP makes much more sense from the perspective of the American people. And please keep the discussion one of mutual respect.

  • seriously. lets get this straight like two grownup's here ok?

Here are all the wrong things abour what you just said:

    1) you said "Smoking marijuana for the first time is like getting into a head on motorcycle accident at 85mph. 25% of first time users die"

You can't compare marijuana to a motorcycle crash at 85MPH. that's like comparing marijuana to condoms or alcohol. **WRONG FACT No.1**

  • 2) you said "Marijuana was invented by communist China in order to make America lazy and unproductive"

so firstly, here, your taking a stab at ameircans being lazy which is a bad choice because ameiricans aren't lazy so it looks like it didn't work. and secondly marijuana is a "PLANT" you can't invent nature. as a "scientist" (as you stated you were) you should know that evolution created plants... not people

    **WRONG FACT No.2**

  • 3) you said "Marijuana makes you violent and you will kill in order to get more Marijuana"

Firstly: show me a case where a woman/man killed one or other and in the news or report has it said "the woman/man commited murder under the influence of marijuana"

Secondly: the only reason people kill one another to gain more marijuana is because its so hard to come by. if it were leagel everyone would hace it and no-one would need to result in killing for more. like a bag of crips.

  • 4) you said "It turns males and females homosexual"

Firstly: it turnes no-one homosexual! i've never had 1 homosexual experience or thought on marijuana and neither has anyone else.

Secondly: People might use marijuana as an 'excuse' to experiment just like alcohol, "oh it was just a kiss it ment nothing, the marijuana/drink made me do it" <-- bullshit! people use drugs and alcohol as excuses everyday. its not fact its just your opnion!

    **WRONG FACT No.4**

  • OBAMA please Legalize Cannabis to fix the economy

Just TAX IT More money for states

    Keep jails for violent criminals

run cars on fastest growing bio Fuel.

Please dont let the big companies (Oil, Lumber, Pharm, ect) run the world.

Lets do whats best for the masses not the richest

Deaths per year resulting alcohol: 100,k

Deaths per year resulting tobacco: 430,k

Deaths per year resulting legal drugs: 106,k

    Cannabis or Marijuana - Zero = 0

  • I urge you to refrain from insisting on taxing it, unless that is only for commercial sale. Personal cultivation should not be taxed, as is currently the case for home brewed beer and home produced wine. This is what the MERP Model prescribes. Thanks for the comment!

  • The MERP Model WILL stimulate the economy without taxation or regulation. First off it will keep 20 Billion per year, which is going back to Mexico, in the United States which will be used to buy things: clothing, food, etc. Secondly it will allow reallocation of resources which are being wasted on the drug war. And it will require $0 dollars for regulation which is always very expensive to implement.

  • I think im lost and im not being sarcastic i really really wanna hear what you have to say how does 20 bil stimulate the economy?

  • What I'm saying is that without taxing Marijuana we could have as much as 20 billion per year -- which currently is transferred to Mexico each year from domestic drug sales -- that would instead remain in the US. That means 20 billion more dollars surging through the US economy purchasing goods, services and also generating local, state and federal taxes. This in turn would create more jobs. All this without the use of taxation or regulation.

  • Well it would help, it wouldn't solve the problem 20 bil is no were near enough. (again no offense i'm just trying to make sense of a thing i never understood) but other then the economy how does legalizing it benefit society?

  • Deaths per year in the US:

    tobacco 420,000

    Alcohol 240,000

    Marijuana 0

By the way this video was not focusing on taht aspect of the issue.

  • what about marijuana related deathes car accidents and what not

  • Deaths per year in the US:

    tobacco 420,000

    Alcohol 240,000

    Marijuana 0

By the way this video was not focusing on that aspect of the issue.

  • i understand that those deaths are not counting things like DUI's there couting marijuana cancer deaths and what not (which don't exist) im asking how many deaths it causes

  • Why put any limits on it? Why regulate it? Why tax it? It's a plant...let's say someone lives next to a neighbor with a yard full of junk cars and wishes to grow a privacy screen of pot that requires 900 plants...shouldn't we be able to chose 'our' choice of landscaping plant?

  • While I often get criticized for suggesting a 100 plant maximum, as way too high. I would be just as happy if there were no limit. Thanks.

  • Pretty good video, except I'd recommend you look at the camera.

  • Will there ever be a way of getting the effects of marijuana without having to inhale the smoke of its burning leaves and stems?

  • There are already many available: vaporizers, food etc. Once the MERP plan is implemented these will get wider use as these methods are not as efficient in delivering all the THC compared with vaporizers etc.

  • This would be a good MPP question.

  • How would you phrase your question to MPP?

  • Obama sucks hes a puppet of the illuminati who wants to eventually enslave the minds of the human race

  • eventually?

  • As mega farming lobbies Washington for subsidies, they will continue growing corn as a fake bio fuel. Ethanol is a scam. If the Government really wanted to change things, they would make corn growers change their crops over to hemp. Grow hemp or never get subsidies.

  • You're too negative. First we change our minds, and then we change the world. Let the "tribes" come together in 2009 and Legalize Marijuana under the MERP Model. It is time!

  • Though I do think Obama does have a resemblance to "Curious George" I can assure you there was no racists intent. For that matter Bush reminds me of Alfred E. Newman (e.g., Mad Magazine).

This graphic was used in an article I had written talking about Obama's influence by globalists such as Brezinski and others who are fully behind a One World Government and the continued policy of drug prohibition.

So then do you support the MERP Model and if not why?

  • just to let u all know MARIJUANA is often a misleading term aimed at focusing on the thc in cannabis rather than cannabis as a whole... industrial hemp with it all of its subsidies... industrial uses medicinal and recreational all in one... marijuana is a brazilian tabbaco. and racially charged when marijuana and mexican are in the same sentence.

  • I disagree with the model because 100 plants is too much.. I don't say no because I think it's a bad idea. I say no because I feel it will slow the process of getting it legalized, which once is done, then more details could be looked at. The tax and regulate model is important, because not only will it stimulate the economy as well, but gives legislators another reason to look seriously at the issue.

  • There primary reason I recommend 100 plants. is to take all but "normal" profit out of Marijuana production. Subsequent videos will explain this in more detail. And ANY "tax and regulate" model will still allow law enforcement a excuse to continue to invade the growers privacy etc. Regulation also requires expensive bureaucracy. The MERP Model requires no regulation while stimulating the economy by preventing 20 billion a year to drift back to Mexico through the Cartels.

  • I was just hoping Bruce would follow the rabbit for me. I could just sit here and watch the video... I'm so lazy!

  • His whole race is in jail!!! let em out they didn't do anything that hurt anyone...whats wrong with, that would be my first priority first, that would saves billions

  • NO NO NO!!! He's a mulatto, only half his race is in jail. lol

um... End the Fed. or change it to have complete oversight. Put us on silver or some standard.

End war on drugs and regulate!

  • I agree with you Bruce. Here is my rhetorical question: Who does it serve to keep hemp illegal? Cotton growers? Pharmaceutical companies? Law enforcement and the for profit prison systems? Textile and building goods manufacturers? Chemical companies that make synthetic rope? Farmers who grown corn for ethanol? Can you create a video that answers this question? Thank you very much.

  • Yep. Within the series I hope to address these issues as well as the moneyed "drug reform" organizations in much more detail. I will also be activiely organizing the "tribes" -- all the grass roots groups and individuals that are tired of the compromised solutions of the moneyed drug reform organizations. Of course they are tied to the very groups you listed above. Bottom line? MPP, DPA etc. are duping us. They actually retard any meaningful change. What do you think of MERP?

  • Do you mean Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan? Personally I think America should expand the Medicare plan to include everyone. As for the Marijuana Policy Project, I think it is really nice, I just found it, I didn't think it was a dupe. The Drug Policy Alliance Network is a new discovery for me too. Both web pages are very professional looking. I thought they were good things to promote dialog at least. Are they a scam? Some way to get a census of how many people need reform by the CIA?

  • okay well you do realize that the black ops programs are paid for by the drug money of hemp/cannabis - coca plants - and heroin

  • Illicit drug money is a cancer that has infected virtually every level of government. Yes, we have a rather big battle before us and it is one that we MUST win for the sake of future generations.

  • Ok lets start with alcohol and cigarettes, ohh and coffee..which one first ;)
