i'm quite sure this is expert or at least hard since medium doesn't have the 5t buttom. also if i make no mistakes, expert should be very close to the real guitar and as you can see from slash hands, the notes are very few

If you've ever played StepMania, this song looks like something that would be on there. Pretty badly synced, illogical key notes, and other such things plague this from being good.
