i cycled from coast to coast of the uk took us 3days. 1st day we did 78miles 2nd day 54miles the last day 97miles. am training to do my 1st 100miles in a day. :)

Damn i cycled from Ireland to Valencia in Spain before,hardest thing ive ever done,i cant imagine how this dude felt like,what a trip

@mahogonywhisper I only trained 4 weeks before leaving,it was my first cycling trip to,i was fit at the end of it i tell ya.Type in Ride with Rubber and you'lll find 3 of my cycling vids,if you do watch i hope you like.

Does anyone know what the piece of music is playing when Mark reaches high camp at 17,200 feet and is talking about the two climbers he saw fall to their deaths (music starts at 09:10)? I haven't been able to get it out of my head since I first saw the episode broadcast on the BBC. It sounds like a Thomas Newman score (the 'Afterlife' remix of Jakata's 'American Dream' which samples Newman's score from 'American Beauty' is used at the start of the episode). I climbed McKinley in 1994 - amazing !
