I agree. You don't always see this called consistently because the ref has to decide if he thinks you pulled guard becuase of the takedown or if the guy had nothing and you were just pulling guard. This one looks controversial becuase they didn't go straight to the mat, making it look less like the takedown was a real threat, but I have to agree with the ref on this one. If you pull guard when I guy is attacking your legs that agressively you're probably going to give up points.

There is a mistake in the second match of the video. I am Lee Synkowski, and that was not me. I withdrew from the no-gi division due to a rib injury. I am guessing you were just getting the name from the brackets.

that reversal was bullcrap! And yes, that was a black belt screaming that Ralph got fucked over. Why did he say that? Because the ref screwed Ralph over with the two points!
