Yes but the woman did not press charges or fill out a complaint. Leads me to believe one of these reporters set this up. Some say it was Steph from CBS. I think Art Harris was also under pressure. People saying he got his stories wrong and Misty and Ron were not split. In exposing Brock he then could say I have a source and this is her name. I think someone set this up.

I was reading that he makes up sources and went a read his artilces. Each one says like a source close to the investigation but then people seem to ask and he starts talking about like was CSI people say so it sounds to me like he has souces but they may not be on this case and he does it to prove he is right. I think that is the media making more of it than what is, simply a link by company I think. The media wants the hype. I have not agreed with him and his claiming she is dead and the rest but I do not think he would get in a set up like this. Mark NeJames explained Last night on Nancy Grace that it is not so complicated, he thinks Ron is innocent and just felt that if Misty left (her parents were going to send her away before they got married) if Misty left she would not say anything else about that night. Since she has been with Ron she has given interviews, talked with LE without her lawyer against his advice, Did these tests when her lawyer told her not to do so. Misty now has her lawyer back and her lawyer

Is this Mark Millers lawyer? He said that Misty wanted to take these tests, as if it were her idea, then he lied and said that she agreed to when she got there. Misty has been so out spoken when she's by herself. When Ron's there, it's like she holds back something. I've never heard of a search team telling someone that they needed to take a polygraph first. That is wasting time in their search. The polygraph and hypnosize were something that should be left up to the law.

I think Misty took these tests because Ron and his family wanted her to take them. I agree LE and I feel the FBI should be doing this not Tim Miller. But I guess Tim Miller does not want to waste his time, in case Misty did this. I also think Tim Miller REALLY wants to solve a high profile case and it has impaired his judgement.

Cobra was brought in by Crystal Sheffield the mother. She hired a publicist and that person got Cobra for her. Cobra paid Art Harris 5 grand to come to Satsuma and well put Cobra on the internet looking for Haleigh. Cobra then started to speak out about the mom, she was on drugs, he felt her family may have taken Haleigh, with Griffis being a real concern for him (the maternal grandma)- anyway he got arrested and shut up.

Cobra was not a friend of Rons, Cobra brought in the nut lawyer Kim Picazio for his client Crystal Sheffield. Later he said that he found out Crystal lied but Kim would not stop because she like the media. These people are just nuts. As far as the money for Art Harris some say it came from Haleighbug and Kim P. I have no idea, I am sure Cobra could pay that since it was so important for him to have his mug and voice all over the media.

Cobra is on you tube begging for donations and he's the one that was waiting with Ron for Misty to come wherever it was. His house, his aunt or grandmother. Misty didn't come and it pissed cobra off. Why should he care? He is suposed to be searching for a missing child, instead he's acting like a DA. Ron drove up in a truck and was introduced to cobra and someone said to Ron, you didn't think you would like him. Ron hugged him and said something like "if he can find my daughter"

When Cobra first came to town Ron tried to help but right out of the gate Cobra went on the radio and told the world every word Ron told him in confidence. He basically said Ron did this. He has blammed just about everyone for this. Ron, his mom, Misty, some guy named Sapp that has nothing to do with the family, Marie Griffis, Chad Griffis, he is just guessing.

Her lawyer does not want her talking to Ron without him present. I think because RC keeps telling Misty to do things that her lawyer has told her not to do. Seems to me we have less chance of getting to any truth with Misty not saying anything.

At least when she was talking LE could compare her stories and find things that were not kosher. Even if Ron did not get the facts, he got her to do alot of talking.

But, doti, she seems to not worry about saying anything unless Ron is there. It's like she's afraid she may say the wrong thing and piss him off, even if it has nothing to do with Haleigh. I agree with Misty that they ALL have been focusing on her and not anyone else. She's talked openly about her brother Hank and her cousin in Tennessee. I think Ron had enemies, lots of them that probably would hurt his family, especially his child. The ones that took Haleigh were the ones to see her last.

I have heard bits and pieces of this being a set up, but possibly set up by Brock and Ballenger? I know that they have definitely linked Donna Brock to Texas Equaasearch (TES) the organization who gave Misty the polygraph she failed. But now there are rumors that Donna Brock and Courtney Ballenger were friends and facebook? Does anyone know the whole story? Their myspace, facebook etc accounts are all being deleted.
