you call this flood?! like seriously?? the water is mostly near the pavement of the road, and not the centre. if you dont know yet, the road is constructed in such a way that it is inclined downwards to the drainage. so that explains theres much water collected at the side from where the video was taken. my idea of a 'flood' is at the very least, ankle deep depth of water. this is barely a toe deep.
@Zaidini the shops have 2 inches of water inside and the people inside were sweeping and scooping out water. Try to ask the shop owners about losses and anger and have the Minister in charge of Water Resources go tell them that this is not considered as flood. :D
