Iran officially was called Persia (thus, Persian people, language, rug etc etc) until 1979 (since 59 both Iran and Persia were the official names, and prior to 1935 it was just Persia).

We already had a Constitutional Monarchy with the Majles as parliament. But the so called "Iranian" people wanted the 12th Imam to come down from heaven and take them to heaven instead of the heaven which they already had on earth. We had it all. The world was not happy about this and they wanted it us to collapse. Through the world conspiracy they started spreading lies about or dear king and using the Iranian people to do their dirty work. Firstly, the medes weren't the first, they came ~700bc while Iran has history that is from ~10'000bc.
Secondly, only kurds refer to the medes as kurds, not historians.
Thirdly, Dariush is the first known person to call himself Aryan (he also claimed to be Persian i the same writing).
And lastly, if you're going to include everyone who calls themselves Aryan, then you might as well, include: Indians, Germans, Swedes, Norwegians, Afghans, Russians, Pakistanis etc. stupid huh?

Secondly thats not true, historians are more and more agreeing the kurds are medes under cultural, linguistc and genetial grounds. Thirdly Dariush did call himself person and aryan, but he didn't say of the person empire. He said he was of achaemenid, which meant the Medo-Persian empire.

The only reason the history of the Medes isn't fully understood is due to censorship and bullcrap government like turkish government and islamic republic of iran. Iran officially was called Persia (thus, Persian people, language, rug etc etc) until 1979 (since 59 both Iran and Persia were the official names, and prior to 1935 it was just Persia).
