WEll this video was good but i HOPE TO GOD that guitarguy679 is right...I really hope I see a crapload of girls when I go into BMT in febuary on the 10th...whos going that day?
Yea wait for tech school but even then it may be alittle hard. I heard that they have cracked down on some of the rules and made the waiting period for when you get freedom even longer. hell S.F tech school was only 13wks and we couldnt get true freedom til about 10-11 wks into our training. it sucked!that and noone of the other gender was allowed in your dorm unless it was an instructor.
@jokittie If thats the case, why does the AF bitch and complain when its time to do something? Then when they are forced to do it, they receive extra $ and better living conditions for doing it?
Hooah is the army.... Airforce is hua.. marines are ooah.. i dunno bout the navy though..cause all through basic and tech noone said hooah it was always HUA!
Ok sorry my friend is a marine and he said it was Ooah. so I was just saying what he told me. Maybe you should correct him since I got it from my friend.
No worries man. I dont really care, I just think its funny when some people correct others, and then they make mistakes themselves. And I am a former Marine so thats where i got it. I dont know what unit your friend is in, but you should probably tell him he has no idea what he is talking about. :)
Just FYI im a girl... And secondly I told him and he laughed. He thought he put an oorah but didnt realize it. Thats what you get when you txt someone on a phone. haha.
I was 321st Predator. I was ELS'd during training though. When I was there it was called Hell's Corner and we still we're known for having the craziest T.I.s. SSgt. Porter was who I had.
Everyone hates ropes, and every NCO and Officer knows it. Obviously they're not fully qualified to lead, and their role is unnecessary. So you may wonder: Why they exist?
My theory is simple: Sometimes, you have to take orders from an inexperienced person. They want to know if you can't handle that. (And the ropes learn a hard lesson about ego too.)
Hooya! 322 TRS. Second to none, aka Mother Russia. Graduated October 1996. 6 months at Medina Anex, 6 months at Sheppard and then five years of active duty.
Do they still call 322 Candy Land? he, he! I was in "Hotel Hell" or Squadron 321. SSgt. Vavrinec, just found my BMT picture book. Showed my daughter how mean my T.I. was, LOL. God Bless our Airmen. My blood is still blue!
BMT week 2, 1999, orientation at Chapel 2...They played Proud to be an American, and I had no idea how the song went, although all the country boys did. I felt like such a foreigner, from California at that...:p

AirmanJames87 3 years ago
i have been for a longtime as a cop and believe me there are ZERO perks to being a cop
smontiero 3 years ago
Well maybe to you their are no perks but it depends on your veiws. I see note wearing blues as a perk that and not deploying every other 6 months
AirmanJames87 3 years ago
cops deploy all the time at my base so think of it as a perk that you have been a lucky SF
