  • As some have already noticed, some of the movements are executed a little sloppy on this video. Normally, the wooden dummy is executed with more energy and precision. But as with all these videos, they were done very spontaneously, after long seminars. I think for the purpose of giving beginners the sequence of movements and some application ideas and it is OK, and that is all it was intended for.

  • @spildaleidodomo These videos are intended mainly for my own students, especially the ones who live far away. Usually they learn the things with me and then practice at home, using the videos to look up things they forgot. But the videos are also intended for people, who have no access to the knowledge or a teacher for whatever reason. It makes me really happy that I could help you!
