I used to find this movie hilarious when I was younger! and not in an endearing way either, I thought it was the most f*cking retarded pile of marketed disney garbage I'd ever seen in my life, and couldn't help but laugh hysterically at it.

But I had no idea that was the living legend ''John Hiatt'' doing the volcals for most of the songs! Oh my God, you have to be kidding me what was he thinking!

Such an underrated movie. Seriously great music and the movie was fun , very different from other kids movies . Didn't rely heaviliy on lame jokes. I liked how they made you convinced they were a real band. It's a shame they never did much with this due to the box office.

As dopey as the story was at times, the Country Bears movie impressed because of A) John Hiatt's terrific songs, and B) the fact that somebody really put some thought into how to get the actors in the bear-suits to move and carry themselves the way that real musicians actually do in a live situation. It made the whole thing so believable.

Even though this is based on the Disneyland and Disney World attractions, I really like these Country Bears a lot more than the theme park version since the theme park ones scare me. I love this song and The Country Bears no matter what.

@milesxofxhope Glad you notice! The animontronics they used for the bears in this movie is MUCH more better than those hideous counter-parts at the parks. Replace those ones with these and you can actually have kids not scared of coming to give them hugs and stuff. The ones in the parks remind me of those things at Chuck E. Cheese's, at least those look better than these. D:
