@eatlotsofmeat not at all let it get the temperature of the house then put on the cooler and then sugar it when its ready to serve do it with ice and lime .. and enjoy it with cebiche .. or papas a la huancaina..

I strongly recommend you add sugar and lime to taste when serving.
