y mexico por favor no solo en perus se hace , asi que ni tanto bajele chibolos , tambien tenemos aguamiel y pulque curado, bebida de zapote negro o verde ,, tepache y mucho mas lo que pasa es que se estan quedadno sin botellas pero aca ya hasta lo venden en botellado por caguamas .

I strongly recommend you add sugar and lime to taste when serving.

@eatlotsofmeat not at all let it get the temperature of the house then put on the cooler and then sugar it when its ready to serve do it with ice and lime .. and enjoy it with cebiche .. or papas a la huancaina..

sugar yes. but the lime better not.

you also can use quince "membrillo instead of apples

You boil it all together, and after it's done just throw it out. Simple and yummy!!
