all of those guys that you see, have probably taken gymnastics. im not talkin about pussy gymnastics either... im talkin about hardcore gymnastics, like they may or may not compete but if u look at interviews with people like David Belle they say they have taken it. i mean sure some of them could have learned on their own but alot tke gymnastics because they can practice those flips and jumps and train with that flexibility at low heights. continued...

"Im gonna attempt a back flip half twist off a roof and land on another roof today" they practice that back flip half twist on a gymastics mat inside off a trampoline or something onto a comfy protective mat. so yea gymnastics is probably the fastest Smartest way to learn.
