These people are athletes due to hard work...not necessarly from one prosthetics lab. A sprint/running prosthesis requires an hour of alignment and months/years of training and workouts.  Just a heads up...nothing against any particular prosthetic lab...they all do a good job if they are ABC certified.

Go to 0:35 for a better shot of the same type of prosthesis. But basically it's a below knee amputee wearing a running leg. I don't know which brand of foot it is as I'm just a video guy.
