Green Bloopers are the slowest, but best at steering. Yellow Bloopers have average speed and average steering. Purple Bloopers are the fastest but have terrible steering.

The guy in the boat house hoarding 120 shines is bad, yes, but you have to think about that a lot of the Pianta keep them for themselves, too. They even punish Mario for the absence of their shines while they have them. XD

Water based paint washes off with water pretty easily... Add that to a pressured hose (or in this case nozzle) and it makes sense. Don'y believe FLUDD is pressurized? His nozzles can create a jet to lift Mario. -u-b

From what I've found, the only difference in the bloopers is the speed. More specifically if you don't hold the control stick forward. If you do hold it forwards, they all seem to travel at the same speed, but if you let go the purple one doesn't slow down, the yellow one slows down a bit, and the green one slows down a lot. Personally, I prefer the green one, but you know, different strokes for different folks.
