You absolutely have to watch this film... I watched it 3 nights on the trot.... its that good... beautifully acted, emotionally charged, just pure class.... 10/10
Ithink many people have forget the truths french mobies and their greats actor: Alain Delon, Gergard Depardieu, Yves Montand, Jean Reno, Marion Cotillard and many other man an woman, and their great producer, for an exemple the most popular Luc Besson. So if their cinema and cultur sucks, for why they have many awesome stars and why they have invent cinema and french kiss ? :D
The book "Tell No one" was Increable Simply amazing Now I cannot wait to see the movie,But The names were changed like David Beck and Elizabeth..now they are Alex and Margot but that´s ok Great Story Congratulacions to Harlan Coben for the book.
je suis american, et j'aime le film! mon francais est tres mal, so i'll have to switch to english to say that anyone who thinks the movie was boring is just trying not to like it, in my opinion. c'est tres bien!
Anybody know when this movie is being released on DVD here in the U.S. Because I live in an area of the country that will play The Transporter 3 on 5 fucking screens but doesn't have an arthouse cinema to bring foreign movies to my town.
I didn't watch the movie in France. Later, i learnt it worked quite well in the USA. I was "yes! i'll watch it in NYC" and it was great and a little bit funny because people reacted for the dog but not when one of the main character's friend was killed. It was really weird. They clapped their hands when the bad woman was killed like "yes. She deserved it". Funny.
with the exception of Guillaume Canet and Romain Duris, french actors are really ugly! while the ladies are really hot...it's not fair. this the movie was good though.
Well. I have never really thought about that because i think it really don't care. They are beautiful when they do their job. That's the most important thing.
Erm Nicolas Cazalé, Mathieu Delarive, Marc Ruchmann, Nicolas Gob, Sagamore Stévenin, Philippe Bas, Melvil Poupaud, François Vincentelli etc etc... ???
Does anybody know the release date for America? And though I haven't seen it , but please please don't do an American remake. Yes, I know that's ironic given that the source material is American.
And now for those who don't like it, it's your opinion and I respect it, but don't say that french cinema is boring, it's a particular style and there is so many french movie....
C'est Mon film de l'année .... J'adOre..

myself i've never been very impressed by the french movies... but this movie is an exception... this movie, you can't go back home and say 'it was boring'...
This is your point of vue, people can think whatever they want, you must know some people like it as a great movie, or a good movie all the same.
Now, if your comment is on goal to discredit french cinema or french people in general, know that we don't car at all, we're proud of our nation, maybe too much in certain cases, but this is not your point of vue which make us change of mind...

where did i say i don't respect your culture? don't treat this movie as your culture reflection cos the story wasn't even originally made up by French.
I'll make it clear:

-i don't like French cinema but i have nothing against France and French people cos as i said, i have never met anyone from France( i can follow the stereotypes but that's not the point)
I read the book and couldn't wait for a movie. And there it is. But why in French? Sorry, but the truth is all your movies are crap :/ and so is this one-I suppose...
